Newly constructed house in the gated waterfront community with heated resort-style community pool and spa. The community features a beautiful lake, an outdoor fire pit, and a sitting area. With shopping, restaurants, and a golf course nearby this place offers entertainment to every member of your family.
House has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with an open Great Room layout. The dining, living room, and nook have a backyard view that offers a beautiful waterfall. A backyard is a relaxing place for a perfect evening to BBQ either on the Grill or Smoke your meat. Enjoy a beautiful sitting area with a view of the sunset of Arizona's beauty.
House has 1 King, 2 Queen, and 2 twin beds that sleep 8 guests. Large screen TVs in the living area and loft and another TV in the third bedroom. House is equipped with all amenities, stainless appliances, a coffee maker, a blender, a full-size washer, and a dryer.

Note: Garage and Master Closet is not available at this time.

Fantastic

The house was much larger than we had anticipated. It was well equipped and the beds were very very comfortable. The location was perfect with lots of places to eat nearby. Easy drive to the State Farm stadium.

Nice property & host

Nice property and host in Ocotillo! 2 bedrooms up, 2 down. Very close to community pool. Host is very helpful and friendly.

Disappointing Stay: Ocotillo Vacation Home Review

My experience at the Ocotillo Vacation Home was marred by poor communication and disappointing accommodations. The host was unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving us in the dark about important details. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a dirty and poorly maintained home. Overall, I cannot recommend this property to others.

Nice house for family vacation

This house was a good fit for our group. It's clean and had lots of space for our family. Pool was a great location as we had teenagers with us! When contacting the owner, we did have a little delay in getting a response. My only complaint is that the kitchen isn't very well equipped to cook. Lacks appropriate cookware (pots and pans) and what we could locate was very worn and unclean looking. I did bring this to the owner's attention but if you're wanting to cook meals at the house, you may want to address this before your stay.

Eschalon at Ocotillo

This was a beautiful residence with plenty of room for our family and all of the amenities of home. It is easily accessible to surrounding restaurants and shopping as well as the playing fields for Spring Training. The nearby walking trails and the pool were especially convenient. This was a very relaxing place for the whole family.

Family visit

Visited family in the area. This home is in a great location. Within walking distance of morning coffee and food. Place was clean and had ample space and amenities for our needs.

Relaxing Ocotillo House

We stayed here for a week and we loved the house and all of the amenities. My children loved the heated community pool and quaint neighborhood park. The house is located in a newer, quiet neighborhood. It is close to many stores and restaurants. The house is well equipped and the downstairs kitchen is nice, open and bright. The backyard with the waterfall feature adds for a relaxing time outside. The barbecue grill outside is an added plus. Communication with Shruti is easy and she is very responsive. We will definitely stay here when we’re in town again!

Great house in a gated community

We made this trip as a family to say goodbye to my grandmother who was placed on hospice. The trip was very emotional but this house was the perfect retreat for us to come back to...Very spacious and accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked, the outdoor grill was amazing, the beds were very comfy. Thank you Shruti for sharing your home with us. James

Ocotillo

Lovely property. My 88 yo mother, husband and I enjoyed our 2 week stay here—a sister from FL came for part of that and we had plenty of space. Comfortable bedding, big kitchen space reasonably equipped, and delightful covered patio space. A few minor glitches handled promptly by the owner. Wonderful location, close to major thoroughfares and shopping. The only downside is major housing construction underway across the block but the tranquil backyard fountain covered much of the extraneous noise—didn’t bother us. Quiet neighborhood. We would stay again.

Great location!

My wife and I enjoyed the house and all it had to offer. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Conveniently located in Chandler in a great gated community with pool and hot tub. The playground being built will be a great addition to the community. Additionally enjoyed the community fire place and swing set on our walks. Thank you again for everything. Nick and Tianna Stathis

Beautiful property, great property manager

We had a wonderful stay at Ocotillo house. It is beautiful, clean, spacious, and in a great location. We did have a few bumps/issues during our stay, but Shruti was able to fix everything right away and worked very hard to ensure we had a great time. The community is super quite, gated, and wonderful to walk around with places to sit, realax, and look at the view! The heated pool is fabulous (especially coming from the snowy north). One suggestion would be make a list of what light switch work which lights would be very helpful, as we had to spend some time figure that all out. The only issue that divided our group was the fountain in the backyard. It has to be on 24/7 and it was very loud. One member of our group loved the white noise, one found it too Loud and wanted to shut it off, and one enjoyed it during the day but found it kept them up at night. A bit of personal preference, but still worth noting. However, even with the fountain, we would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Outstanding Experience

Property is just like it was described. Everything was outstanding. Property owner was very easy to work with and readily available. Allowed us to check in early and drop our luggage of early as we had to made a trip to airport to pickup relatives. Would stay again if in the Chandler area. Thank You

Two Week Stay

We rented this home while our house was being remodeled. It was great - clean, modern, convenient, and close to everything. We were very happy with the home and would recommend family and friends to use it if available. The home is well supplied and had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest is that all televisions have cable TV available, not just the one in the living room. Thank you Shruti for being such a wonderful host! Steve and Wendy Nance

Very nice home but issues

Frequent traveler so some of the issues here were unexpected. Interior security camera located in the kitchen dining room living room area. Another interior security camera found in a plant in the entryway working and lit uprecording...No telling if there are more located in the house! This is like a pretty serious invasion of privacy for a renter and illegal under Arizona law. Homeowner left clothes in the master bedroom bathroom with mothballs which permeated the whole house. Had to remove the mothballs put air fresheners I could find in the house (which were numerous in the drawers )and stuff pillows under the door to help reduce the odor) the other closet in the master bathroom probably has the same issue but It was in accessible. Not enough garbage bags and no dishwasher detergent. Bedroom lamp switch defective and no bulbs in the living room area lamp. Most or all of the furniture still has the tags on it when it was purchased for the house ...looks very staged. No cable TV so you only get local stations and not NBC. OK if you like watching 50s TV programs. Kerug coffee maker only making it difficult to have a pot of coffee for everyone.Punchlist would be nice for what all the light switches operate, where stuff is located or hidden in the drawers ie:coffee maker empty pods, teflon cooking pans yet no Teflon utensils, Sprinklers running in the backyard at 5:30 PM when Guest are using the backyard area.! Since this was the first time rental, The owner was very receptive to comments and suggestions throughout our week stay. I am sure he Will improve things as it he gets more experienced on what to provide and about various idiosyncrasies of the house. The security cameras and the mothballs Should have been addressed Imediately!
