The host reserves the right to cancel a booking without penalty if it's discovered during a post-booking phone call that the guest's stay violates the property's stay policy. This policy prohibits:

- Events held at the home or property
- Guest count exceeding 10 at any time during the stay
- Guest noncompliance with document requests from the Host

**Travel Insurance**
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as wildfires, smoke, or snow that may necessitate cancellation.

**Additional Requirements**
Guest, at the time of booking, agrees to the following:

- Guests must provide requested information from the Host
- Signing of rental agreements via DocuSign is required
- The property is not pet-friendly
- Dock and Buoy Addendum required for buoy and dock use (boating)
