Emperor's Oasis Villa is located in the prestigious Formosa Gardens Estates. Just two minutes from route 192W, this charming, gated and walled community is located only two miles from Disney's World Drive and a few minutes drive to a grocery store, pharmacy, medical clinic, restaurants and shops.

Located on a quiet cul de sac, our villa sits on a spacious 1/3 acre lot with manicured lawns. Enjoy relaxing and sunning yourself in our comfortable lounge chairs on the screened pool deck. For the dedicated sunbathers, we have an additional 300 square foot sundeck that receives unobstructed sun all day from all directions. There is nothing like a dip in our large pool or relaxing your tired muscles in the built-in spa (free pool/spa heat) after a long day at the parks. You'll enjoy the lanai with overhead fan and chairs to relax in plus a table for outdoor dining. Don't forget to fire up the gas grill for some delicious barbecue.

There are two master bedrooms with king size beds and attached bathrooms. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and share a hall bathroom. All of the beds have new mattresses and luxurious high thread count sheets. All baths have been recently updated.

There are large screen TVs with DVD players in the family room and the game room. All the bedrooms have flat screen TVs and there is cable throughout the house. We also have wi-fi high speed Internet (bring your own lap top).

The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can cook as much or as little as you wish. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and a dryer. This is so convenient, especially when traveling with children, because you can pack fewer clothes. There is an ironing board and iron available as well.

For the wee one in the family, we have a highchair, two strollers, and a portable pack and Play crib/cot.

Our completely finished, climate-controlled game room features a 50” TV, large air hockey table, video arcade with classic video games from the 70s and 80s, children’s play table and chairs, train table, books, toys, board games, play kitchen w/play food and a couch with two recliners. Simba (the Lion King) as a cub and Mickey with his friends on safari will watch over you from murals on the wall.
