THE KOKOMO is the place to go....'to get away from it all'. THE KOKOMO is a beautifully decorated and furnished 6 bedroom pool home in the prestigious gated community of Formosa Gardens Estates. Formosa Gardens Estates rental homes are the nearest to Disney World, less than 2 miles away.

Guests will enjoy brand new granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances throughout the kitchen, new granite counter tops and sinks in the master bedroom, updated Sunbrella outdoor dining set, and new pool side sun loungers.

Your family will enjoy 4 king bedrooms (3 are en-suites), and 2 delightful twin bedrooms. The 'Winnie-the-Pooh' and 'Buzz Lightyear bedrooms are hand painted and extremely kid-friendly. The villa is equipped with pillow-top mattresses in every bedroom.

Yes! Even the children's beds have luxurious pillow-top mattresses. In addition, the 4 king bedrooms and 'Winnie-the-Pooh' bedroom have HD,flat-screen TV's.

You will vacation in comfort and style as you kick back and enjoy the family room with its wide-screen TV and DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast room, and the Grand Room with 14' ceilings. Enjoy the 22' x 40' pool area after an exhausting day at the theme parks. There is a screened-in lanai with patio furniture and an outdoor grill.

The Disney-themed game room has a pool table, air-hockey, TV, X-Box with games, books, pub table and chairs. Baby furniture has been provided at no additional charge. A high-chair, crib/playpen, and a Winnie the Pooh stroller is available at the villa.

Cable TV and free, high speed internet access are provided. To make your visit as comfortable as possible towels, sheets, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, laundry facilities, etc. have been provided to make KOKOMO 'your home away from home'.

We invite you to 'get away from it all' and experience the fun and comfort of KOKOMO. This lovely villa accommodates up to 12 guests. It is centrally located for easy access to theme parks, convention centers, designer outlets, beaches, and golf courses. Kokomo is located one minute from the Formosa Shopping Village with restaurants, miniature golf, gift shops, full service supermarket, bank, pharmacy, and a 24 hour medical clinic.

This villa is non-smoking. No pets allowed.

Beautiful home, comfy beds, lovely neighborhood and lanai, and very close to Disney. The only thing I would’ve changed is being able to control the thermostat ourselves while there. They keep it set at 74 and we are from Missouri and my mom has breathing issues so we could not do 74 degrees for the week. I messaged the host and she did change it remotely to 72 for us and said we could open windows at night to cool off so it was bearable. Had this been mentioned in the listing, we may have booked elsewhere, but Host responded immediately to my request and thankful she at least gave us those 2 degrees lower. I ended up buying a box fan for my bedroom so we could sleep comfortably. Coffee pot was missing for coffee maker when we arrived so we had to buy one to make a pot of coffee. Listing said checkout was 11 and agreement and host said it was 10 after we paid, which ended up working out fine, no big deal. Overall, we had a great stay and it was a very beautiful home. Much more beautiful and bigger than we expected from pictures.

This rental was exactly everything it was advertised to be! There were a few small bumps here and there (e.g., missing handle on one side of the toaster), but we do expect some minor things to manifest with any rental (this is, after all, a home people live in and make use of regularly). The major positives: the game room and pool were a big hit for our family; the bedroom-to-bathroom ratio was perfect; the owner was very responsive while we were onsite; and the neighborhood was quiet, easy to get to, and conveniently located near lots of options (grocery stores, restaurants, etc.). We would 100% stay here again.

Very Nice

I would have rated this 5 stars, but the layout of sitting area is a little small for 3 families, which I think they could easy change by putting the TV in the room next to where it is. Also, there is an issue with circuit popping in the kitchen. Both of these items are fixable and the overall stay was great!!!

The house was great. I had an issue contacted the owner who was extremely helpful and told me to contact the property management. I did but they never came to resolve the issue, that’s my only complaint.

Beautiful home! Beautiful neighborhood!

This is a beautiful home in a well maintained neighborhood, in a gated community! The rooms are very spacious & the kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils & silverware! We loved having coffee by the pool in the morning & relaxing in the pool in the evening after a busy day! The owners are very nice & were quick to respond when we had questions. Highly recommend this home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

4 day stay

Place was as advertised. Plenty of kitchen dishes and towels. Could be a beautiful place if decor were updated, but it was consistent with the pictures. Our only complaint was lack of paper products - we only used 1/2 the bedrooms and ran out of TP and had to buy paper towels because there were none.

Family Disney

The house was in a great location, a short distance to each of the parks. It was well apportioned with whatever we needed. I especially liked that it was one story. I would definitely recommend it.

July 2023 Vacation

The property was as seen in the pictures. It was clean, we felt safe and the pool was very refreshing as it was extremely hot during our stay. Overall, it is a great vacation rental!

Disney stay

The house definitely looked liked the pictures . It was in a great area . It was big enough for my family and we enjoyed the amenities. Draw back to home , 4 out of the six rooms were warmer and uncomfortable. We are from Texas so we like cool rooms . The room to the right as you walk in the door was the worse . The two kid rooms and the other back room with bathroom were warm during day and night . We did open all doors , turn off lights while we were out to help cool it off . But every night was uncomfortable. We had to buy fans for those rooms . Also we know Florida has a bug problem but this house had a pretty big black ant issue . Had to call maintenance they brought a bug spray can and sprayed the areas but even still the front room to right and the swimming pool bathroom was covered with them throughout stay . The kids room that’s green had black ants and another black bug that was all in the bed infested I think . Spray did not help . We couldn’t use that bed . I did contact the owner once and she was responsive about the air . Nothing she could do other than leave it set at 72. The temp in the rooms where 75-78 . I was sweating every night . The maintenance crew did help remedy a few things when we first got there and we appreciated it . Outside the warm house and black ants it was a good stay . I would not do the house again because of that . But we thank the owner for trying .

Great Property!

This house was perfect for our Disney vacation! Great location, clean property with a great pool to swim on off days! Property owner/ manager was very responsive to any concerns! I’d recommend this property for anyone! We have an amazing family vacation!

Superb location

A lovely property superbly situated for the theme parks. Easy to find with a large Walmart just up the road along with many restaurants. We would very happily stay there again if we return in a few years time

Amazing home in a great location!

The description of this home did not do it justice. The pool and outdoor space is wonderful. The pool heat kept it a very comfortable temperature. The home has a very good layout and use of space. We were able to enjoy time inside and out as people wanted. The location of the home is easy to access and close to several restaraunts and attractions. We will definitely consider renting this property again!

Vacation Home near Disney

Excellent everything! Perfect for 5 kids, 2 son-n-laws snd 2 grandkids. Location can’t be beat for access to Disney World. Very nice / safe / quiet neighborhood. We loved it!

Family Vacation

Very nice house. Family really enjoyed the game room and relaxing in the pool. Unfortunately, the microwave was not working but we were able to make do. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! I would recommend to others and come again!

Amazing get away

My family and I stayed here for a week. We went to Disney which this location was super close 15 mins which was great. The house is spacious very clean. My family loves it. Each person had there own room and bathroom which they loved. Not to mention the pool. Amazing. We went to Clearwater and cocoa beach which was an hour away which wasn’t bad at all. Highly recommend can’t wait to go back to Florida.
