Eagles Rise Cabin on Sugar Creek with hot tub

Thanks for your review! Glad you all enjoyed your stay! We always love to hear from our renters and appreciate your input as we are always looking for ways to improve. The listing actually needs to be updated as the bed is no longer a futon but a full sized bed with a standard length. We enjoyed hosting you all and hope you can return whenever you are in the area again!

To address Lydia’s review, we wanted to let future travelers know that we live across the creek from the cabin and happened to be heading to town when we noticed a car behind the cabin. Our directions specifically state that guests should park in front of the house or the garage. We were simply letting Lydia know that she was in our neighbor’s yard. As for the curtains, we do have curtains or shades on all of our windows. In the summer, the bugs can be bad, but we do have a fire pit with plenty of wood on the patio, and we also provide tiki torches for the deck. I’m not sure what she’s referring to about the mud path, except that she drove around the back of the house to our neighbors property instead of parking in front of the house. We were surprised by Lydia’s review since she didn’t share any of these concerns with us while here, and left a nice note in our guest book.
