Just steps from state-preserved coastline, this contemporary and restful three-story house is a short walk to Cambria’s best attractions: Fiscallini Ranch, Shamel Park/Pool, sandy beaches, tide pools, and quaint shopping. Three stories high, the top floor living area boasts MAGNIFICENT VIEWS, which are accessible to all by ELEVATOR or stairs. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and BBQ on the upper deck, or soak up morning sun on the master bedroom’s private deck. High speed WIRELESS INTERNET. This home is not pet allergy free.

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast, and the famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures.

Amazing views from this well stocked home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our entire experience with Breen Vacation Station and Elevation #PH13 was stellar. Communication with the attentive, friendly staff was seamless. My husband and I were surprised when the gracious staff at Breen offered us a bottle of local wine. That's a first! We have enjoyed many vacation rentals throughout the US and international locations, offering a bottle of local wine at checkin was a first. The rental was spotless with plenty of extra towels, blankets and bedding. The coffee, spices, and other amenities in the kitchen were an added bonus. Well stocked! The views of the ocean from the living room are incredible. We sat on the patio every morning and evening. The neighborhood is very quiet, surprising during the summer tourist season. We will rent this home again next summer. Next time we will bring our friends. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Great view

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms good. Air flow at home needs some improvement at some time in future when windows are replaced. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need.

Perfect Cambria Rental

Reviewer Comments: Second time renting the Elevation property and it was just as amazing as the first time. The property is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, green patch/park is right around the corner, a fantastic walk to Moonstone Beach, and Fiscalini Ranch bluff trails with the most beautiful views. The third floor at Elevation is so tranquil with the BEST views of the pacific coast. Beyond relaxing property and we will be back to visit soon. Thank you, Breen vacation station.

Couldn't have asked for a nicer view

Stayed the weekend for a graduation. This home was lovely and had the most gorgeous views. The layout was perfect for our family to gather and have some wonderful dinners and evening hangouts. I also enjoyed some lovely tranquil mornings here. I will definitely stay here again!

The vibe, location and views were top notch. The beds were comfy and the sheets were SO GOOD. Loved the short walk to what seemed like our own section of the California coast too. Will definitely book this again!

Family Trip

Perfect place for a get away. Everything was great. Bring your own shampoo and bath gel but other than that it was wonderful. Location was perfect. Views from the living room and one of the bedrooms was breathtaking. Would rent again. Garage super smal. Small suv fits but not a full size. No issues. Just park in the driveway.

Elevation House

What a beautiful property! This was our girls’ weekend and we chose the perfect house. The accommodations were just as promised. The only issue we had was the smell of gas the first night we lit the fireplace. We opened windows and turned the gas off. It was strong and we immediately called the after hours number and left a message. No one got back to us until the next day and she apologized. She also stated that other guests had also reported smelling gas. This issue should have been addressed immediately.

We absolutely loved our time at this property. It is well equipped with everything you need and the third floor living area is so comfortable and views the ocean. I was sad to leave.

Enjoying Cambria in a chilly September

Reviewer Comments: We come once a year to go winetasting in Paso, and just enjoy being by the sea. We have rented many houses through the years. Love this home, everything was great. Great view, great location.The only negative, (which is hardly anything) would be to have a cupboard in the downstairs bedroom, for a tv or to hang clothes. Otherwise, perfect.

It has a beautiful location and great access to the beach and Fiscalini Ranch. The house is comfortable, clean, and has everything we need. The house needs maintenance: the window in the bathroom needs to be fixed, new carpeting, and new mattresses on the second floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we loved the house. Many interesting architectural details and lots of windows overlooking the ocean. However, it needs some maintenance. Front door lock was so corroded we couldn’t get it to work. Fortunately, the key also fit a side door so we could get in. We bought some WD40 and fixed the problem, but why was it allowed to get that bad? House was clean but bathroom rugs had holes, vents are rusted and one window had a sign ‘don’t open, needs to be fixed’ that had been there a long time. Elevator was great for getting groceries and suitcases to upper floors, beds were comfortable. Hope it gets some attention, it really is a nice house.

Relaxing Stay Next To Ocean

We had a lovely stay to go to Hearst. The multiple picture windows in the living room give a great view of the ocean, crack the balcony door for some air and ocean waves. Comfortable furniture and kitchen essentials. Would stay again for sure.

Very close of the ocean with a beautiful view. The property itself could be upgraded a little with some new carpet. The existing carpet is dated and stained. The elevator worked perfectly for my elderly aunts who are incapable of using the stairs. Instructions were very clear for use of the home.

Beautiful home, incredible view!

This was our 40th anniversary and Cambria has always been our place to go. Renting a home was a first and we are so very glad we did. What luxury, relaxation and views!! The home was so perfectly located to the ocean for the price! We brought groceries but otherwise had nearly everything we needed. Would only say that we couldn’t find the heat control for 2 days and when we found we turned on. Unfortunately that didn’t work. We found we needed to turn it off and turn back on and then it worked like a gem. Would have loved to use the fireplace but there were no instructions. There were old logs in the fireplace and the grate is old and very, very rusted so we didn’t trust trying too use it. That was the one disappointment. Would encourage visitors to bring all bathroom soaps, shampoo, etc. Truly a lovely home to stay at!! Beautiful neighborhood - just perfect!!
