Stunning location on Moonstone Beach! Opportunity for sunset walks on the beach boardwalk and world class restaurants within walking distance to this great 3 bedroom, 2 bath home! This home offers a gas fireplace to cozy up to on a cold night while listening to the waves crash on the nearby beach. This home is single level with all bedrooms located at the back of the home. The home has a spacious front deck and charcoal BBQ available for cooking in and soaking up the sun. Open living room layout to visit all together while on vacation. Work from the house with 300Mbps cable internet and WIFI. This home is not pet friendly. Come and enjoy all that Cambria has to offer! ***THIS HOME REQUIRES A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY****

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast, and the famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures.

Just finished a wonderful three day stay at this house. We had a three generational group of seven and this was the perfect place. Clean, spacious, modern, so close to the boardwalk, and with staff that were friendly, helpful and informative. Definitely will stay here again if we come down to Cambria

The property was wonderful. It was so close to the beach. We all enjoyed being able to walk along the boardwalk. The house was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely try to rent it again next year.

Perfect getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely family vacation at this residence. We walked to the beach multiple times a day. There was plenty of space for the family to relax and enjoy ourselves. Could have used another roll of paper towels. The house makes very interesting noises 24 hours. It snap, crackle, and pops. Most interesting, never experienced that before. We absolutely loved this location. Washing dishes with ocean view, perfect! Beach access is wonderful!

Another Year at Chatham

The house was very clean and went beyond my expectations. There was plenty of extra linens, pillows etc. The beds were very comfortable.The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils plates, pots pans, etc. The back burners on the stove were not working though. The Tv's were very nice and had a number of streaming services. Short walk to the beach. The bathrooms were very clean and roomy. They had regular soap but no shampoo or conditioner. We had our mother with us who is 85 and thought the toilets were bit low for her.
