"Our Nest," is a beautiful waterfront property, nestled comfortably on Lake Christina. Take advantage of this Lakefront location by enjoying some fishing, canoeing or even kayaking! From the dock you can feed the turtles and local Florida birds that visit all day long. Take a swim in the beautiful pool or have a relaxing evening in the waterfall Hot Tub. You'll find 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms with 2 large living spaces for the entire family to enjoy. "Our Nest" is just under an hour drive from Busch Gardens, ZooTampa at Lowry Park and The Florida Aquarium. We are just under 30 minutes from the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and Weeki Wachee, so you can visit the famous mermaids! The closest beach is only 10 minutes away and you are only minutes away from multiple restaurants and shopping. Experience "Our Nest" just once and you'll want to come back every year! We have fishing poles for you to use and 2 kayaks for your enjoyment to explore the lake.

Family meet up

Home was as described. Quiet neighborhood. We have family that lives locally and they were able to stop over and spend time together and the kids were able to go in the pool.

Love home and great pool/spa set up

We wanted a nice relaxing family vacation in the Port Richey area and this place was perfect. We spent time doing a few things in the area but the majority of our time was just hanging out by the pool where we could watch TV or the back yard wild life. Very warm home to spend time with our family.

Peaceful stay

Great long weekend stay. The outdoor pool and hot tub where the main reason for us selecting the property. Space was great for two couples and the outdoor area is perfect!

FAMILY VACATION

We were so impressed with the beauty of the home. We were so comfortable in this home. Cindie and Ed thought of every need. Everything was well stocked with anything you would need for your stay. Cindie was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Place to Kick Back and Relax

House is perfect for two couples as each has their own side of the house. Everything was super clean and house was well stocked. Pool area is great and we really enjoyed the hot tub.

Felt Like Home

We Loved our stay at "The Nest". Everything about the house, pool, hot tub and all the different birds outside by the lake were wonderful. But the best part of our stay was how nice and attentive, the property managers were to us. They made our stay feel like we were home!

Extended family getaway

Great! Just as described. Pool and hot tub were amazing! Kayaking was so fun. Saw the ducks, turtles and lizards. Great trip!

We didn't bring children so we didn't use the ample size bunk room. The other 2 rooms used, was perfect with many entrances to the pool/spa

My family and I stayed here for about a week, I can't say enough good things about this home. Looks just like the pictures and it is as described. Cindie was very accommodating to my family, I can't say enough good things we will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed!

Love “Our Nest”

This is the second time we stayed in this beautiful home. Ann and Cindi are awesome hosts and do everything to make sure you enjoy your stay. We love the pool and hot tub and enjoyed our morning coffee and happy hour on the covered patio. Lots of games for family fun too! We hosted a lovely dinner party one evening and my father in law enjoyed seeing the kids play in the pool. Conveniently located to Tarpon Springs , great restaurants and mini golf. We will definitely return.

Perfect in every way

House is beautiful, has everything you need. Home was very clean and comfortable. Everyone in family loved the pool. We will definitely stay again when we visit family in the area. We had a tiny problem late on the first night, Cindie responded immediately and solved our problem in minutes. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful vacation!

My daughter and I stayed at the Nest and could not have been more pleased. Cindie, the property manager, was absolutely amazing and very attentive. During our stay, the weather was on the chillier side, but Cindie did everything she could to help make our visit pleasant and without any issue. She ensured the hot tub and pool were warm and inviting. She also brought us a nice bottle of wine that was magnificent!! I highly recommend this home and will definitely be back in the future.

Thank you so much for letting us Trent your beautiful home. It was perfect and exactly what we needed. Sitting by the pool and watching all kinds of birds and the squirrels playing gave us so much piece which we needed away from our high stress jobs.

Port Richey Gem

We were the first renters of this property. You’d expect some bumps in the road, not the case here! Ann and her property manager Cindie were remarkably well prepared. Very little we could have asked for that hadn’t already been supplied. The home is beautiful, located close to several beaches, but who needs a beach with that pool and hot tub! We would stay here again and again! Thank you Ann & Cindie for the hospitality!!

Vacation 2024

The house was exactly how it was described on line. Was nice there where a few ammenties there. The bedroom off the kitchen could use a different mattress or frame. Leaned you to middle of bed. Only suggestion id have is to have at least one king bedroom. Managers were easy to talk with and check in and out process was very easy. Thanks for renting your nest.

Above and beyond

This location! There's pictures area a great representation but being here in person.... Just wow. They homeowners thought of everything to make it comfortable and simply put true thought into every aspect of this beautiful property. But above that the wonderful homeowners care about your stay we were in touch multiple times due to a hurricane and they made sure we were safe and have any and everything we needed, while having to also deal with themselves being in the path of destruction. I can not say enough about the perfect property nor these wonderful owners. This trip was a true blessing and I can not wait to visit our dear friends again!

Quick trip with my kids to legoland.

This house is very well stocked with towels and condiments which is so helpful when staying just a few days. There’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Although it’s advertised that the pool is heated, it is not, but the pool is very awesome and the hot tub was very enjoyable my kids were in the pool from day to night. Nice location close to many grocery stores and restaurants. My only negative is that the HVAC system had a hard time keeping the house cool. When I contacted the owners they said the system couldn’t keep up with the humidity. I have a son with severe asthma so a warm house was difficult for him to relax and sleep. Otherwise this would have been a five star review.

Quarantined

There were 6 of us on our week long vacation, 4 adults and 2 children. The vacation was a Christmas gift for Busch Gardens, the "gift of experience" for the 2 kiddos, ages 9 and 6. It was not to be, the Corona virus had other plans for us. We live in Northwest Florida, about 8 hr drive, so we opted to go anyway and had come to terms with the fact that atleast we would all be "quarantined" together and the kids would have the pool and adults would have the hot tub. Lol. You see, we are not related to one another, just great friends, so spending time together was really the most important thing on the agenda. So how was it you ask? It was great!! We are all so glad we went. This is a very nicely updated home on a canal with lots of "wildlife" to see. There were large birds, ducks, turtles and even some fish to be caught. The property manager was amazing. I spoke to her many times by phone and text regarding our travel plans and our concerns with travel and she was very accommodating. The location was very convenient, close to any store you could possibly need and very easy to navigate to those stores. The home was very clean and it was obvious a lot of thought had gone into stocking the home with things that may be useful. Many thanks to the owner and the property manager for making this trip possible under the circumstances. It was great. We would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Our host was excellent. Any time we had questions regarding out rental she responded immediately.The home was perfect for our visit. Clean, good furnishings, and the pool area was wonderful.
