This property has recently been updated and is ready for a great summer vacation!. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a center island that seats 3 plus a dining area that seats an additional 6 people. This 6 Bedroom house, 2 full bath, plus master shower and outdoor shower set in a quiet residential neighborhood, has a flat-screen TV in each bedroom as well as in the open the living room, there is A/C throughout the house. In the rear of the house is an elevated deck with a propane grill and outdoor seating area over looking an enormous fenced back yard; A washer and dryer, ample parking, linen service, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach stroller are just some of the many amenities you will find. The spacious backyard is great for friends and family.

You will be 1 Mile from coveted Narragansett Town Beach! You will be a 1 mile walk along famous Narragansett Sea Wall away from historical Coast Guard House restaurant. You are right near Narraganset Pier Market Place, and only Ā¼ mile to Monahanā€™s Clam Shack. Enormous back yard, residential neighborhood.

4.5 Miles from Roger Wheeler State Beach

Perfect rental for our family reunion!

We love this house!!

A lovely house, well-stocked with everything a visitor could need, extremely comfortable for sleeping and relaxing with a very nice deck and backyard for our grandchildren to play ball. It's conveniently situated for the beach, restaurants, shops, and the town of Narragansett. We loved our week there and hope we can rent the same house next summer. Thank you, Gregg!

Great Summer Getaway

Beautiful property with great yard and amazing location close to amazing beaches and restaurants. WIFi wasnā€™t very reliable in the common areas but this seems to be an issue around the area. Other than that it was absolutely great! Gregg and Christina were very attentive and helpful the few times we had questions. I definitely recommend it!!

Beach Weekend with Friends

The house was extremely clean with a great yard and is in a fabulous location! The Narragansett Beach passes were a nice touch too. The beach is walkable from the house if youā€™re up for it, but we chose to drop off chairs and coolers with the car! We were glad to have brought a backup air mattress since the futon from the listing didnā€™t seem to be in any of the bedrooms. Plenty of space to blow it up in one of the first floor bedrooms though. We had a great time here and would recommend it to any group!

Simple House Great Location

Our family of 4 adults enjoyed our stay in Narragansett. The property had an excellent location, backyard was nice with the balcony and outdoor table, kitchen wonderful, and owner very responsive. However, a few things would of made it better. My main problem weā€™re the beds. šŸ˜” I really dreaded going to sleep because all the mattresses were very uncomfortable and on platform style beds. My back definitely hurt in the mornings. Itā€™s ok not to have box springs but the mattresses were low end on the platform. I just wish they would of spent more on the sleeping part of the house. Many of the beds in the houses were very squeaky and made noise when you sat on them. I picked my bed based on the one which didnā€™t make noises. Also, the couch does have a large ugly stain on it. We threw an extra sheet over the couch to cover the stain. Otherwise it was very comfortable. It would of been nice if the house had a coffee table or end table to place a cup of coffee or drink. So we ending up bringing our nightstands in from our bedrooms to use as an end table. I would recommend if you arenā€™t concerned about the issues above.

Family beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Gregg answered all of our questions in advance so we came with only what we needed. The house had lots of space for us to spread out and be together. It was clean and well stocked. Walked to many places in the area. The beaches are gorgeous. Overall a wonderful family vacation.

Wonderful House and Location

The house was extremely clean and the perfect setup for our group. Loved the large yard and proximity to the beach. The owner was communicative and check in was extremely easy. Would definitely stay here again during our next trip to Narragansett.

Fabulous house and location!

Gregg was so easy to deal with and very accommodating! The house was spotless and location was perfect. It had everything we were looking for a 3 generation family vacation! The kitchen was supplied with every cooking utensil and pot we needed. The garage had a extra refrigerator and everything you need for a beach day. Huge backyard that the kids made great use of. Gregg provided sports equipment and games for the teens and kids to play. They especially loved the corn hole game! The deck and BBQ were great for the nights we ate in. We got a lot of use of the lobster pot to cook all the fresh seafood in the area. We would definitely rent this house year after year! Looking forward to going back to Narraganset and staying here!

Perfect location

The property is very nice, clean and 6 bedrooms to accommodate guests. The kitchen is new and very well appointed with all the necessary supplies...even enough lobster crackers for all guests!!!

Great stay in Narragansett

Beautiful updated clean property with plenty of baths and bedrooms to accommodate our large group. The only thing we wish this house had was an outdoor shower for post-beach days. Otherwise all great.

Fabulous beach house - walk to town

We had an absolutely fabulous stay! Recently renovated, great open kitchen with all the essentials. Layout is fabulous for multiple families, split on two levels with a full bath on both levels. Best part was the location and the fenced back yard. Great house!!
