Coastal Paradise! Stunning Water Views, Steps From Beach, Perfect Family Getaway

**Cleanliness is our number one priority, especially during this coming summer. We go above and beyond to ensure the house is completely disinfected prior to every new stay. We also include all the disinfecting products you will need during your stay.**

This beautiful 3 story, 8 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, is only a short walk to the beach! There are two large decks on the second and third floor with phenomenal water views from the third story. The house is half a mile to the beach (10 min walk) through a safe, low traffic neighborhood, perfect for kids! The kitchen, dining room, and living room are on the second floor that walks out onto the deck. The living room has a large couch that turns into a sleeper bed for two people if needed and a 65 inch 4k HD TV. The kitchen has a massive 10.5 feet by 5 feet white quartz island with stainless steel appliances, white farmhouse sink, and beautiful grey cabinets. The dining room has a large hardwood table that seats 12 people. The island seats an additional 8 people. The decks have two dining tables and two couches along with a large Weber gas grill. There is also a large cedar outdoor shower in the back yard!

The first floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and the laundry room. The bedrooms have queen size memory foam mattresses and wall-mounted TV's. One bathroom has a custom tile stall shower and the other has a tub shower perfect for little kids. The laundry room has a large washer/dryer set, a farmhouse sink, and a second refrigerator.

The third floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (all identical to the first floor)
and a second living room with an L shape couch, 55 inch TV, and walkout to the deck.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware, 12 cup coffee maker/ K-Cup single-serve with fresh coffee grounds, spices, everything you will need for your stay. We have a second large refrigerator in the first-floor laundry room to store drinks/extra food for large groups.

Fresh beach and bath towels are provided as well as freshly cleaned linens. All beds are made prior to moving in for a hotel-like experience. No need to worry as the comforters are cleaned after every stay as well!

20 Beach chairs, cart, kid's toys, and boogie boards are all included!

Board games are stored in the third-floor living room closet. Please note that we do not provide basic cable, however, we do provide Netflix which can be streamed from any of the 10 smart tv's in the house.

Less than 5 minutes to grocery store, local restaurants, shopping and family activities.

Swimming, surfing, fishing, beachcombing, miniature golf, batting cages, bumper boats, go-carts, bike path, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds and other summer activities nearby.
