This is the one for that long talked about vacation at a reasonable price directly on the beach.
Location, Location, Location. This 1 bedroom condominium has it all with renovated kitchen, bathroom, some new floors, lighting, paint, furniture and 65" Big screen TVs. Deluxe One bedroom villa with direct unobstructed ocean and beach views located in North Myrtle Beach's famous Grand Strand. This unit can sleep a family of 3 or 4 (2 adults and 2 small children) with Murphy bed pull down (XL Full) in the living room complete with privacy door. Full Bathroom with sunken tub, flat screen TVs and working kitchen. Enjoy your coffee/wine from your private oceanfront balcony with spectacular ocean and beach views. Baywatch is know for its state of the art amenities which include approximately a dozen pools and Jacuzzi's both indoor and out, restaurants, bars, souvenir ice cream shop, and gym. This is a no smoking resort. Subject to fine. Primary guest contact person must be minimum 25 years of age to make reservation. Small well behaved pets considered under special circumstances off season only under 15 pounds. Please feel free to get in touch with any questions and remember you are dealing directly with the owner and not some disinterested 3rd party management company.

The pools and hot tubs were clean and well taken care of. Our room was very clean and had an amazing view. The host for our condo was great with communication and checked on us to make sure we were having a good time and if we needed anything. We would definitely stay at this same cindo again in the future.

July 2022 Family Vacay

The condo had amazing views, was clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. We have stayed at this resort before and new the amenities were amazing and it didn't disappoint again. We enjoyed walks on the beach and fishing at night.

Highly recommended for an amazing getaway!

Very clean and well-maintained condominium with an awesome ocean front view. Bay Watch resort has plenty of excellent amenities and the location in North Myrtle Beach is perfect. It was a pleasure renting from the property manager and communication was very prompt and polite. I would highly recommend this condominium to anyone seeking a memorable vacation experience!

Overall good experience. Unit could use a deep cleaning. A lot of dust and dog hair behind furniture. Great location and complex was nice.

Condo was as described. Condo owner was amazing ... building was in need of cleaning and updates..it was very dirty.. elevators were disgusting

Very surprised at some of the comments. We own and rent several condominium units in the Baywatch complex and have had hundreds of guests and never received feedback such as this. Our building is 22 years old, lobby was redone last year, pool and decks were redone in the last 5. The condominium itself was totally renovated 3 years ago. I wish if you were not happy you let me know. There are 525 one, two and three bedroom apartments in the complex and being directly on the beach sometimes the hallways or elevators can get some sand or wet but our cleaning staff is always on hand making sure everything is clean. Sometimes its just not the right fit. Enjoy the rest of your summer and the 2nd half of 2023. Mitch

Handicapped parking was not the greatest and hard to get out of the one way exit. The parking garage was too far away from Tower I for us to park. ...but was grateful that we were allowed to bring our furry friend. All n all a nice condo.

The condo does provide extensive handicap parking both directly in front and on every level of the garage but when the condominium is close to capacity with 500+ rooms the parking lot and garage can get tight. Our stay home n August of 2023

I have never written a review but I'm doing my first. owner of the property helped us out of a situation that we created, if you text or called him he would answer/ respond right away. His condo was perfect for my wife and I, it was clean and well appointed, the furniture was up to date and comfortable. We will most definetly be contacting him again.

Cockroaches

When we arrived at the apartment it seemed very clean and at first we were very happy. That first evening and morning we spotted German cockroaches. I notified, Mitch. He said he would have the place sprayed. I asked him to notify me before anyone entered. We would be at the beach and come up quickly. We never got a call about the entrance. Mitch told us the exterminator already came while we were downstairs. WE ENDED UP CARRYING THE ROACHES HOME. Now I have to get my home exterminated. Mitch is acting like he doesn’t have a bug problem. He even said that roaches don’t attach to clothing, etc. so one can’t carry them home. This is not true. I sent several pictures and I have samples that I found in my home. Very upsetting to me. I would never stay at this condo.

There is no truth to any of the accusations being made. During her stay at her request we had the apartment sprayed and inspected with no evidence of bugs (9/20). As a precautionary measure we conducted a post stay exterminator inspection confirming once again the apartment is clean and there are no bugs of any type. All guests prior to and after this guests stay had nothing but positive reviews with no mention of bugs. After through investigation its our opinion what ever problem you are having originated from somewhere other than our condominium.

World Am Trip

Would definitely stay here again. Mitch was a great host and answered any questions we has within minutes. The view was perfect, the beach was away from the crowds and beautiful. So glad we opted for this location and condo. We will be back in the future!
