This luxury lake front home is stunning with breathtaking views and beautiful stacked-stone details throughout. It is the perfect escape that combines both the beauty of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains and the pristine and crystal-clear waters of Lake Blue Ridge. The home can easily accommodate multiple families, with three luxurious bedroom suites with King-sized bed, an additional bunk room and a separate sleeping loft area.

Upon entering, you will be greeted with a grand, two-story wall of windows offering magnificent views of the lake and the protected Chattahoochee National Forest just across the large quiet cove. A large open kitchen featuring stainless steel Bosch and Viking appliances, expansive island, and granite countertops opens to a comfortable seating area where you can watch your favorite game on the 55" 4K TV or relax by the fire while reading a book. Open the double glass sliding doors to an expansive deck with two additional seating areas, including a bed swing, a wood burning fireplace and a 55' SunBrite TV to experience true indoor/outdoor living. A master main level retreat continues with full views of the lake, King bed, 50" TV, large shower and dual vanities.

The upper level includes a second large master bedroom retreat, with vaulted ceilings, King bed, and its own private balcony overlooking the lake. An adjacent bathroom includes a large shower with a luxurious soaking tub. Also upstairs is a separate loft area that includes two full size beds perfect for children or additional guests.

Continue to the lower terrace level and enjoy another fabulous entertaining area complete with a wet bar, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, fireplace and a 58" TV. This level also includes a third master suite, with a King bed and an attached full bath including a steam shower. The terrace level also includes a cozy, rustic-designed bunk room, with two queen beds and its own private deck area overlooking the lake. Open the double sliding glass doors to a large outdoor covered eating area with fireplace.

An easy stroll to the two level, double-slip dock is the perfect place for swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, or kayaking. Bring your own boat or rent one from nearby Lake Blue Ridge Marina. At the end of the day, enjoy a magnificent sunset followed by s'mores around a large fire pit.

We are conveniently located on the north end of the lake, just minutes away from downtown Blue Ridge restaurants, shopping, train rides, and all the fishing and hiking your heart desires in the ASKA adventure area and Toccoa River.

Lake levels at Lake Blue Ridge are managed by the TVA. Like all TVA-managed lakes, lake levels are slowly dropped starting in September to allow for flood control during the winter. The lake is typically at its lowest level between November through February and then is slowly raised over the course of the spring until the lake reaches it full pool in May. We are fortunate at Hideaway Haven to be on deep water year-around, which means that the boat dock is always usable for boating, fishing, kayaking, etc.
