Feel the warm white sand under your feet as you relax right on your own beach in front of this beautiful property. Listen to the waves and nearby wildlife while enjoying the privacy of this secluded area. Feel the cool ocean breeze while enjoying lunch on the patio. You'll enjoy endless views of crashing waves and your very own beach from inside the home. Have a fresh cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy the wonderful sunsets right from the front porch or on the beach.  Located near the museum, famous hiking caves,  the Lighthouse, and several dive sites.  This 1,200 SF house hosts an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, two bedrooms, master with queen size bed and bedroom #2 has a day bed with trundle and can be converted to a king size bed and two bathrooms, both with double vanity. There is a fully equipped kitchen and essential pantry items.  There is also a separate laundry room."

This property has been inspected and meets the Cayman Islands standards of cleaning.

Our stay was amazing from beginning to end. I didn't want to leave! The home had everything we needed and more! The hosts were very kind and available if we needed anything (which we didn't). The house is located in a very quiet area on a private road with views of the ocean right out front. We had the most beautiful sunsets and also enjoyed lunches on the covered patio while enjoying the view. It's a very short drive to two big supermarkets and also to the town center and diving locations. We will definitely stay again next time we come. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

This is a wonderful property on the Brac. If you're looking a quiet place to relax, this is the perfect spot. The house is beautifully appointed and has everything that you need for your stay. The owner and property manager were both very responsive and a delight to work with. We look forward to returning and staying here again!

The host was great! This was our second time at this awesome house. The house is always clean and perfect. Always a pleasure to wake up and have a cup of coffee, as you sit on the porch looking at the ocean. The sunsets are a major plus with clear skies from the porch to! We will surely be back again. Perfect rental

This was our first visit to Brac and we couldn't have imagined a better property. Outside: We were able to snorkel and scuba dive from the front porch! The closest buoy is Plymouth Rock and a bit further swim to Hoyt's Wall. You do need good dive boots & a dive buoy / flag. Keep an eye out for stinging things (kids saw a fire worm). There are two hoses and a hang rack for washing gear (no rinse tank). I enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch. The road between the porch & beach is a dead end. We rarely saw anyone other than the turtle patrol walking past to check the nest nearby. The parrots in the trees behind the house got used to me & provided plenty of entertainment. We had sargassum one morning, it was gone by noon. Inside: The LR windows provided a perfect view of sunsets when we weren't outside. Our teens loved the games & things in the coffee table drawers. Reliable wi-fi and AC! The built-in desk in the MA bedroom made a great charging station for the GoPro, etc. The desk in the kids room became an art station. Stained & sealed concrete floors made it easy to clean up when the kids tracked sand inside. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked! Small appliances, gadgets - everything you could want to prep meals. Better yet... spices! A pinch of this & that makes it easy. RO water filter, laundry. I was able to speak to the owner before our trip & the recommended Brac Scuba Shack & 4D car rental made the rest of our trip equally worry free. Thanks to Geneta & Bill!

We stayed at your lovely beach home on Cayman Brack between Christmas and New Year’s. Your home was everything we wanted and more. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies and even some staples in the pantry. The home was very comfortable and extremely peaceful. Every morning, I would do yoga on the front porch overlooking the beach (thank you for having a spare yoga mat). We enjoyed eating our meals on the patio and relaxing in the easy chairs at night. Everything worked and it was great to have camp chairs in the washroom to bring out to the beach to watch the sunset every night. We hope to be back again because this was an outstanding vacation rental!

Great dive stay

Lives up to the reviews

We had a great stay at this property. We were nervous that the reviews were too good to be true, but this place is even better than the photos! We would love to return in the future. The neighborhood is quiet, the view is lovely, it was very relaxing. And the owner hooked us up with a car rental, which was so convenient.

AWESOME LOCATION

We felt like we were home away from home especially with everything being so clean and put together to say the least. The view that we had was priceless each morning we woke up and each evening as we were home so we above the owners and property manager give thumbs up and we might possibly make an offer to purchase this oasis one of these days but for now as long we’re going to the Brac we’ll be staying there!!

This place has everything!

Great place to stay with lots of space and a comfortable bed. The house has a full pantry with coffee, sugar, seasonings, etc that is very convenient. The house also has a grill, laundry facilities, shampoo and conditioner. Everything you could want can be found in this house and it is centrally located on island for easy access to everything.

White Sands Hideaway

This gorgeous home on the beach far exceeded our expectations in every way. The hosts of this home-away-from-home have created a beautiful place to stay that has all the conveniences that you could need. Any questions about the property were promptly answered by the hosts. The site manager is wonderful and takes care of you like royalty. The decor is very tasteful and welcoming. We snorkeled from the beach area a few steps away from the front door. The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. If it were possible to give 10 stars, I would. We look forward to returning to this little bit of Paradise. We highly recommend this property on Cayman Brac.

Beautiful sea views, tranquility...!

My wife and I spent only 4 days at this property, but we were pleasantly surprised by the tranquility and beautiful views toward the sea from the big and many windows throughout the house. The owner were very responsive to our initial questions about the house. Property manager, Liesel, was expedite to respond to any questions and accommodating with our extra requests. We would highly recommend this property to any type of guests. We are looking forward to coming back and bringing family members in the near future.

Paradise

A beautiful home in a quiet, tranquil setting surrounded by natural beauty. A magical place. Geneta the owner was so very communicative and assisted with anything we might need for the trip. Geneta helped us with car hire on the island, (a friendly and effortless experience!) and her representative on the island, Liesel, was just lovely and helpful, I can’t praise the whole experience enough. Everything about this rental was perfect. Upon arrival of the airport, we where met by the property manager and rental car people. They where perfect, very nice and would help in anyway. The house was extremely clean and everything worked great. Seeing the sunset and waking up with the view of the ocean was paradise! Would give the entire experience a 5 star review. We will be back!!

Excellent experience !!! The pictures did not do the property justice. Very spacious, clean and amazing views out the large front windows. Incredibly peaceful being at the end of a road that hardly has any travel. Steps from the water and a beautiful walk along the shoreline. The inside has everything that you could possible want ( except snorkel gear ) but we were able to rent some :).

Calm serene private beach escape!

From the first moment we arrived at this beautiful beachside home we were ensconced in serene beauty whether relaxing under the umbrella at the beach or under the covered porch sipping a morning cup of coffee. We felt right at home using all the spices in the pantry to cook dinner. The home is well furnished and is a lovely relaxing place to take in the quiet beauty found on this enchanting island. Thank you to Bill & Geneta for being such accommodating hosts and even sending us a sweet local lady, Liesel, to guide us to the home after our arrival on the island. We pray to one day return with rest of our family! Many thanks for sharing your home to help us create lasting memories celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary, it is by far our favorite place we’ve celebrated, so far!

For the past 3 years, we have both dreamt of this beautiful property, and having a background in construction we’ve designed this home with the best features in mind. We have been married over 38 years and currently reside in Henderson, NV. We enjoy Cayman Brac because of the laid back feel you get while you’re there, the friendly people and the beautiful water.

We chose to buy on The Brac because it is a safe, low-key island. We were looking for a place to relax and leave the hustle and bustle behind. We decided to build a house and fell in love with this property because of the views.

We had the house built with the views in mind. There is an ocean view from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The wrap around porch/patio is a great place for watching the sunset.
