This 2 bedroom condo is on the quiet island of Cayman Brac. It is a ground unit that walks right out onto the beach. One bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds, each with it's own full bath. There is also a well equipped kitchen and living room. The 3rd full bath is off from the kitchen. There are 2 pools on the property, and also a restaurant. Close to restaurants & grocery store.
The price listed is for only 2 adults, additional adults thereā€™s a $25 per night, per person charge.
Also, if you are a Cayman citizen, the tax will be taken off.

Great location and very nice.

We love Cayman Brac. This spot is great for minimal driving. The adjoining Captain's Table restaurant was excellent, food and service.

Perfect condo for brac visit

Clean, comfortable, lots of room, 3 private balconies with walkout access to the beach. We loved our stay. Would definitely pick this place again for another trip.

A Beachfront Treat!

My family stayed here for a week and loved the easy beach access. It was so nice to walk right out onto the beach. Plenty of lounge chairs and hammocks for all your seaside R&R needs. Cindy was easy to reach and very welcoming.

Perfect place to explore the Brac.

The condo was just what I was looking for. Close to many places to eat and have some drinks. Just steps away from the Captains Table bar/restaurant. Very easy to explore the whole island and its unique landscape. Beautiful views from the deck and beach. The owners were easy to work with and provided everything we needed.

Wonderful Vacation

We loved this condo. It was right on the beach with a beautiful view and porches off every room. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were even hammocks, cornhole and bicycles to use. Great location and convenient to Captains table. Very comfortable and very clean! We will 100% be back!! Thank you, Joe and Cindy!!

WAY nicer than pictures show!

Our stay was great! Ownerā€™s communication was above and beyond. More than expected on-hand to make our stay comfortable. Pictures donā€™t show that just beyond the closed curtains is the Caribbean!! :) Waterside hammock just steps outside the door. Property has bar & restaurant which are frequented by Braccers - who happen to be among the nicest folks on the planet. Best beaches on the island are within walking distance. Bikes would be better. Heartily recommended!

Great experience

The condo is in a great location, very close to where there are a lot of restaurants and resorts. It does lead right out to the beach, which is sandy in some areas and rocky in others. There is a hammock on the beach, and the condo comes with plenty of beach chairs. The beach in front of the property is completely enclosed with a rock barrier, and the water was super calm but also looked a bit dirty, so we did not end up swimming there. The rock barrier extends quite far out so there would be room to swim, and there were a few boats tethered in the water. The sunsets were gorgeous! The inside of the condo is nice. The kitchen was large and well-stocked with dishes, and we especially enjoyed having 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size (I think) bed and the other has 2 beds. We were traveling with an infant and were able to rent a crib from the resort next door for $10 a night. There are plenty of towels and the air conditioning worked well. The owners were very accommodating and responded quickly to all of my emails. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location for a quiet getaway in the heart of everything!

Trust me folks, the listing photos do not do this condo justice! The patio/balcony view and proximity to the calm waters of the only reef-protected area on the island just canā€™t be beat! While the furnishings may be dated, donā€™t let that stop you - the rooms are spacious and provide everything you truly need on a remote tropical island! We rented a car to tour the island ourselves and had a lot of fun exploring both land and sea. We rented tanks and weights from Brac Scuba Shack for our shore dives and we did a couple boat dives with them as well - highly recommend them - Mandy and Katie were so nice and helpful! The Captainā€™s Table on site is great! FYI they have Taco Tuesdays (and only serve tacos that day). And the Barracuda Bar has sushi on Tuesdays if tacos arenā€™t your thing. The restaurant at the Cayman Brac Beach Resort down the road is really good as well and they have a BBQ buffet on Fridays. In all honesty, the properties (this condo complex,!Brac Caribbean Beach Village, and the neighboring sister property, Carib Sands, could use a little TLC as they may have sustained some recent storm damage; the neighboring dock with an upper deck was inaccessible as the walkway was snapped in half and is marked with a Keep Out sign and the dock is leaning into the ocean, and the pool by the restaurant was really dirty and did not look safe to swim in. The other larger pool at Carib Sands looked fine though we didnā€™t use it. Donā€™t need a pool when you have a beautiful ocean!

Perfect Stay in Brac

Three diving friends shared this lovely 2 bed/3 bath condo for eight nights, and we could not have been more pleased. The condo is a short beach walk from the dock at Carib Sands, where we boarded our Brac Scuba Shack dive boat each day. We really appreciated the convenience of the locked drying room (with rinse tub) for handling our dive gear; it's located mid-property, just steps from the boat dock and the condo. The condo's VRBO listing is accurate and, if anything, the photos probably understate how nice it is. There was ample room for friends to spread out, with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the kitchen/living area for privacy. Each bedroom has a deck overlooking the beach, as well as a door to the front steps. You could open both sides for a great breeze when the a/c wasn't needed. The beds were comfortable, there was excellent closet and storage space, ceiling fans, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, and good lighting. Everything in the condo was in excellent condition. The kitchen is very well appointed -- we found anything we could want for preparing breakfast or afternoon snacks. We didn't cook dinners, but you certainly could. Best of all was the friendly and detailed communication from our hosts, Cindy and Joe. They answered all emails promptly, and provided excellent information from start to finish. I would highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay there again.

FABULOUS place to stay

This condo is just perfect, and the pictures really do not do it justice. The bedrooms are huge, and the living and kitchen areas also have plenty of room when hanging out in the evenings. We also loved that this unit is at the end of the complex, so it is by far the most private of all the condos. The beach is very quiet, with easy water access, and the close proximity to the Captainā€™s Table restaurant and bar was so convenient. Iā€™ve stayed at many places on the Brac, but we will most certainly be returning to this one.

Great get away

This was a family staycation. 1) Communication was outstanding - detailed, responsive, checked on us 2) Location is convenient right next to Captain's Table for quick food options 3) Unit is cottagey - quaint, dated, clean 4) Beach is not great but typical for Brac 5) Kitchen was the 1 point for improvement. Some of the stuff in the cupboard was dirty (pots, coffee maker). Also, I always expect a VRBO unit to have cooking basics. Unit was missing cooking oil, sugar, and similar items Would rent again.

First Brac visit.

This was our first visit to the Brac after traveling to Grand Cayman for 30 years and The only negative I can possibly say about our visit to Cayman Brac was that it was too short! Cindy and Joes condo was perfect for our family of 4. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The pictures do not do it justice. It is well appointed inside - everything we needed was there. Hammocks were great, appreciated the little grill to cook out one night. Dinner at the captains table was good and very convenient. Used both pools and found the Carib sands pool much nicer and met some nice people. Loved the dock and of hammock house at Carib sands - saw huge nurse shark, reef sharks, rays, turtles and tarpon right from the dock. Also a great spot for sunrise and sunset! Everything about our trip was wonderful! Island was beautiful. Cindyā€™s recommendations for car rental, eating, diving etc were spot on! We will be back!! For any other first timers reading this, swimming was tough without water shoes.

Great weekend getaway

Our last minute weekend getaway to Cayman Brac was fantastic. Cindy & Joe did everything they could to make our experience as smooth and trouble free as possible, and we appreciated Cindy checking in via email to ensure everything was good. The apartment was lovely, and the location amazing. Right on the beach and close to all facilities. We could not have asked for more. Thanks Cindy & Joe!!

Perfect spot for our family!

Roomy 2 bedroom 3 bath unit was perfect for our family of 5. 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Nice sandy beach area for sunbathing, snorkeling right out front and along the nearby dock. Captains Table restaurant and bar across parking lot meant no driving to find dinner. Dry storage for dive gear on-site. Easy drive to every other part of island and 5 min to the airport. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and fast internet all added to a great stay!

Perfect Paradise

A perfect location on a paradise island. This condo was indeed a home away from home. It is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need to feel as though you were in your own home. I most definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing Views / Great Place

We are regulars going to Cayman Brac - at least once a year - as we live in Grand Cayman. Cindy and Joe's place was fantastic. I was very surprised about the amount of space the place has - the bedrooms are a nice and roomy and each has an en-suite bathroom, as well as a separate entry way into the unit - and is steps away from Captain's Table (which is one of the best restaurants / bars on island). The unit is extremely well furnished, with everything you can imagine and then some - and super clean. The couch is a pullout into a bed, which our kids loved so that it REALLY felt like vacation to them. The view is amazingly breathless, and there is a little cabana with hammocks right outside the back patio. So relaxing and refreshing. If you really want to get away from it all - this is definitely the place. What a wonderful time we had - thank you Cindy and Bob!!!

We started going to Cayman Brac in 2001 and loved the island and the people so much that we bought a 1 bedroom condo then at Carib Sands. Have gone to the island several times a year since then. In 2010 we decided to purchase this 2 bedroom unit so that we would have a bit more room, and it was in a quieter part of the resort, end unit, ground floor. We are divers and after finding the Brac, it is our favorite place to dive! The clear, warm water surrounds the island, with lots of shore & boat diving.
We have lived in NH for all our lives, and like to travel to the Brac during our cold winters. We have been married for over 40 years, have 2 children and 3 grand children who we love to spend time with.
