Walking distance to restaurants, Dive Shop, stores. On the golden strand within the protected lagoon area of the Island. Offering great snorkeling direct from the beach in front of the unit, we have seen sharks, stingrays, eagle rays, parrot fish, tarpon, octopus, eels, and many other tropical fish there. It is one of only 2 end units which offers seclusion and privacy. On-island manager will greet you at the airport and take you to our unit, includes a stop for groceries if you like. 2 Bedrooms-both with queen beds. Foldout couch in living room(can sleep 6 total) 1 bathroom-TV & WiFi for streaming included. Master bedroom & Living room have beautiful view of the beach and reef. Inside the south side reef with amazing views and perfect for snorkeling. . Outdoor shower for rinsing off after swimming or snorkeling.
Covered porch in front with 14 x 20 composite deck facing the beach. Includes deck chairs and umbrella. Nothing better than starting the day on the deck with a great cup of coffee. No children under 12 please.

Amazing stay

This property was perfect for our family. The little cove was the highlight, a friendly octopus and baby shark came to visit regularly. Location was convenient for diving and climbing.

Fun Family Trip

My husband, 1 year old and in-laws had a wonderful stay here. The beach is one of the best on the entire island. It was so great to have an area for my son to play just outside our door. Spacious and clean. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo is beautiful. From the decor to the view.

We had an amazing stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The property is conveniently located near the airport and restaurants. The view is perfect. You aren't going to get this nice of a view with the privacy at a resort. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. We will definitely stay there again.

Quick trip to the Brac

This is a great location right on the water. The protected cove was great for kayaking every day. We saw eagle rays, tarpon, stingrays and a lot of sea turtles. The deck was great to just sit and relax for both sunrises and watching the full moon at night. The dive shop was just down the street and we highly recommend Brac Scuba Shack for your diving needs! A number of restaurants are a short drive of can be walked to as well. Overall a great place to stay. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Cayman Brac.

Perfect little island

This is the place to be for quiet time and a step back in time. Nothing fancy here but if you're looking for peace, quiet and perfection, here it is. Find the neighbor "Mossy" and do his island tour, he's awesome. Hang out at the couple of bars around and get to know the locals. Second trip here and we love it so much we bought a condo here.

Great

Loved being right on the beach; snorkeling straight from the house. There's a small reef to the right with lots of fish. We saw an octopus right ON the dock our first morning which was pretty cool. The outdoor shower was much appreciated. The home is clean and has everything you need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had another wonderful time at this property.

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks in April 2018. This was our second visit to this property and it was just as good, if not better than our first. Please see my previous review for a more detailed explanation of the condo, needless to say nothing has changed aside from the owner installing upgraded air conditioning units. We would absolutely recommend this property to other travelers to Cayman Brac and will more more than likely return again soon. Thank you Tom for sharing your little slice of paradise!

Amazing getaway

Seafarer #4 was wonderful. We had a fantastic week. We relaxed on the patio, snorkeled in the sound (and at several other places around the island), and enjoyed diving with Brac Scuba Shack just down the road. The property provided everything we needed - clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Vanderline met our plane and showed us how to get there and was available if we needed anything. There were even 2 bikes and a kayak available for us to use - although we didn't get around to it. We enjoyed playing "Roll For It" so much that we ordered it for ourselves. This was our first trip after our retirement and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Tom, for allowing us to share your little bit of paradise.

Literally on the water's edge

We loved this property as it is literally on the water's edge. Beautiful deck to enjoy the breezes while sitting enjoying the surf. The reef makes a protected cove area that you can swim and snorkel in. Current is a little strong but manageable. Perfect location to watch the sunset as it is on the western end of the island. Minutes from the airport, the market, and several good restaurants. Very quiet island if you are looking for a complete getaway from it all. Snorkeling and diving are outstanding. The property itself is 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Living room area (only has couch seating for 2-3 people so could use a bit more), tv, kitchen table for 4 and a nice kitchen with all the amenities of home. Washer and dryer in the unit. Plenty of linens available, although again only 2 beach towels. The only complaint we had is the air conditioner unit is not working and clearly hasn't for a while. There are 2 AC units in each of the bedrooms and they have a fan pulling the air out into the living room. In the later afternoon, it got pretty warm in the unit. It's the only reason I am taking 1 star off or it would be a 5 star vacation rental.

Lovely condo indeed

This was a splurge for just the two of us. Everything is very expensive on Cayman Brac to start with! The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. There is a Queen sized bed in each bedroom. The kitchen is with everything one would need although it could have had a tea kettle. But no worries, I just used a pot to boil water. Lots of towels. There is a kayak but we did not use it. The weather was a bit choppy when we were on the Brac. We did snorkel out the back where there is a small reef-type area and saw fish and sea urchins. Having a nice deck to sit on was part of our day. Van, the manager is prompt and extremely nice. He gets anything you need done in a flash. There are two bicycles and the first day we used them, my pedal came off. Walked the bike back and gave him a call. Within five minutes, a repair man was there and we never had another issue. Having the bicycles were wonderful. This condo is perfect for two-four people. The sofa in the living room turns into a bed but I think it is best to keep as a sofa. The next door (not a condo occupant) has a dog that did not stop barking and was bothersome. I left a message with the owner of the condo and the problem was resolved. Remember, you really need water shoes on this island. People on the Brac are kind. There was never a moment when we felt unsafe. We snorkeled and left items and unlocked bikes and knew nothing would be taken or gone thru.

Relaxing comfort

Seafarer cottage was exactly as described , clean spacious , well stocked ,relaxing with a lovely view and great neighbours . The management company was great accommodating our changing schedule and even taking us to the grocery store on the way which as it was dark was so helpful. We had an issue with the bicycles and they fixed it virtually straight away . We didn’t hire a car which would have been beneficial however we took mossys tour (the neighbour) of the island which we highly recommend Overall a lovely island and a great place to stay

Charming cottage with magical views and the best neighbors!

This is our second stay and already planning to return this year. Excellent location for snorkeling, [steps out the door] birding, [Whistling Ducks/ Peregrine Falcon/Pelicans/Bitterns and many more ] and morning and evening walks. Kitchen easy to work in and has all needed for daily meal prep. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Spectacular Spot!

We really enjoyed our 4 nights at this property. Our plane arrived early on our first day and we were able to check-in early which was very helpful and much appreciated. The beach in front was easily accessed and protected with the reef so that the water didn't get too choppy. We snorkeled right in front of the house and saw lobster, stingrays, and several fish. We enjoyed the patio facing the water and spent the majority of our time out there watching the waves or watching the stars. The location was ideal, walking distance to the Captain's Table, and very close to the Brac Scuba Shack and a grocery store. We wouldn't definitely stay at the Seafarer again and recommend it to others! Thank you for sharing your special place!

Brac perfect Vacation

A perfect place to stay while diving on Cayman Brac. The Brac Scuba Shack, is the perfect dive company, no more than 10 divers per boat. The deck is the ideal place for a massage by Kelly, at the beach spa, ocean sounds, gentle breeze, warm sun, or cool evening.. The condo is ideal for 2 couples or a family, snorkeling right off the beach is like a fish nursery, in just a few feet of crystal clear water. New A/cs are super and quiet. Wonderful time back.

4 Seafarer peace in paradise

What a great location and property. Right on the beach and within easy distance of the dive companies. The owners were wonderful. Everyone we met was helpful and friendly. Be sure to introduce yourself to mossy and don't miss sushi Tuesday at the Bartacuda bar.
