Guest Access:

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

* Signing of rental agreement

* ID and selfie uploads



Guests will enjoy exclusive access to a private apartment in a 4-unit building. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include a shared driveway (limited parking for 3 cars parked directly behind each other- no street parking allowed), shared coin laundry facilities in the basement, and a back patio with a propane BBQ grill. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras .

Biking: Rockford has several bike-friendly routes and trails, including White Pine Trail and Pickett Park. White Pine Trail a turn-of-the-century railroad line is now a linear park, and an area favorite. Visitors can bring their own bikes or rent them from the local bike shop.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).

• Pets:

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).

- Additional fees apply if damage is done to the property or if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on furniture.

-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas
