Romantic Getaway, LOWEST DENSITY on the Island, STAND ALONE BUNGALOWS!

Simply put PARADISE! Swaying Palms is a set of (12) luxurious romantic single bedroom Beachfront Bungalows located on beautiful Long Bay Beach. When you step off your back patio your toes are in the sand! You will not find a vacation spot closer to the beautiful turquoise waters on the entire island! The nine Beachfront Bungalows share a very generous 554 linear feet of beachfront making it the lowest density resort on the island. Each Bungalow is separated by at least 46'. Each of the nine has a single bedroom with King Size bed, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, large thatch palapa with day bed, plunge pool, outdoor shower, fire pit, BBQ Grill, beach umbrella and chaise loungers. Also available to our guests is a fully outfitted gym with amazing views of the ocean.

Swaying Palms is located in the PERFECT location. With soft powder white sand and crystal clear turquoise as far as you can see you will never want to leave. Located on the Caicos Bank, there are no waves and you can walk out, kayak or paddle board several hundred yards and the water will still only be up to your chest. Adding to the perfect location, while still being in a very quite and romantic spot you are only a 2-3 minute drive to Grace Bay and all the restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, golf course, Casino and other activities. If you prefer not to drive a 2 minute walk on the beach (or road) will bring you to the nearby Shore Club with its restaurants and spa..

Concierge service is available to our guests. We can recommend dining, watersports (fishing, scuba diving, jet ski, snorkel, boat cruises, etc), massage, chefs and other activities. Pre-stocking of groceries is also available.

Stunning views and wonderful vacation

We stayed 5 days at Swaying Palms and loved it. Friendly staff, beautiful bungalows and an unbeatable view. Highly recommend it!

Private and peaceful

Gracious and available hosts. This was a wonderful vacation. Completely private with the calmest of waters in the best weather possible. Clean, well-maintained and plenty of space for two. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent Retreat

Terry, and the staff were beyond helpful with everything we asked for. If you want, Privacy and a place to just relax on the beach this is it. If your looking for a quite place to stay and like the feeling of having your own private beach this is the place.

Beautiful property

This is a great property and management is outstanding. Anything we wanted or needed Jen took care of it, including stocking our fridge with beer prior to our arrival. She arranged an onsite couples massage that was fabulous. Overall an outstanding experience.

Beautiful Place

We really enjoyed Swaying Palms. From our initial contact with Terry with our reservation to our welcome at the property with a drink when we arrived by Jen, everything was excellent. Jen was always available to answer questions and arrange transportation. Bee was available when anything was needed. The beach is wonderful and the villas are well appointed and designed for couples. We will definitely return to Swaying Palms.

Amazing

Terry & Dale were very welcoming when we first arrived. I had asked for a couple of special items to make my girlfriends arrival special and they helped out without hesitation. Bungalows are very comfortable and exactly what you would expect from a complete island experience. We stayed in Unit #9 and it was so private and easy to access from the main gate. Will definitely stay again. Thanks so much Terry & Dale!

Amazing!

The place was amazing! EXACTLY like the pictures. Everything was perfect. Had one small isuue (the oven is definatly NOT America and we couldn't figure it out!) Ms. Terry (owner) swooped in and showed us how. I'd give this place 6 stars our of 5. Our own private bungalow for 8 nights... Did I mention AMAZING? Highly reccomend. Thank you - Daniel & Kea (Dez)

Unique, Private, Excellent

This property is terrific. Private beachfront experience in a upscale compound. The bungalow itself was well appointed, and the grounds of the complex were impeccable. The hosts were always available to the extent that anything was necessary. Long Bay is a great beach, windy, but the breezes kept us cool. No need for the air at night, which was perfect. Location a short drive (less than 10 m) from Grace Bay businesses was very convenient (complete grocery, restaraunts, shops, etc). Can't say enough good things about the place and our experience.

Amazing stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Swaying Palms. Terry and Caroline we so welcoming, and on property when we arrived. They showed us all the amenities and workings of our bungalow and made sure we were comfortable before they left. Throughout our stay I communicated frequently with Caroline about best restaurants to eat at and prime snorkeling spots on the island. She was always very prompt and helpful in her responses. She even offered to bring us a map when we had questions of where to go around the island. This level of costumer service and care made, our much needed getaway perfect. We would definitely recommend the Swaying Palms to anyone looking for a relaxing and stress-free vacation. Caroline and Terry have done an amazing job created this little oasis on the island. We are so grateful to them and our amazing week.

Amazing private paradise

We absolutely loved our stay at Swaying Palms. Everything was beautiful and kept so clean and pristine. It really felt like you were on your own private paradise. It was also nice at the same time having the convenience of simply texting the owners if you needed something. They were amazing as well! They gave us great suggestions for restaurants and activities. Also, it is in such a great location yet you’re on a more secluded part of the island. It only took us approx. seven minutes to get to Grace Bay. Turks and Caicos itself was such a wonderful island and a great experience. Staying at swing Palms made it that much better! Highly recommend, especially for honeymoons and couples. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Terry and Dylan, for an incredible stay. Swaying Palms is truly something special!

Just book it!

Oh my goodness. Where do I even begin? From the booking process to our departure, the owners were readily available to answer all our questions. The bungalow is what dreams are made of. Private. Beautiful view and tiny walk to beach, exceptionally clean and everything we needed was available. Comfy bed. Can’t think of anything we needed and didn’t have. The kitchen/living room is not air conditioned, but the bedroom is and cools superbly. There is always a strong breeze on patio and plenty of comfortable chairs. The quiet and private atmosphere will bring us back. I’m in the airport departing now and I can’t wait to plan a trip back. 12 out of 10 stars!!!

This place is a TREASURE

Let me just say, THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The Staff. Jen and Bee. The two angels of Swaying Palms. They were there for us no matter what we needed, no matter what time of day, and was fully accommodating for anything we asked. Bee is literally a jack of all trades and Jen had full contact with us from start to finish. The location. We were literally close to everything! Downtown, the airport, Sapodilla Bay Beach, restaurants, clubs, excursions and more! There were literally activities right outside our room such as jet skiing and kite boarding, and we had a clear view of the abandoned ship attraction right from our bungalow! We rented a jeep and had parking right outside our bungalow. The location of this place is simply perfect. Everything was a 10-15 min drive away. The bungalow. We were literally on Long Bay Beach with your own private beach access; what more can you ask for?! And footsteps from the water with your own 2 person kayak which we used a lot. You have a pool, a little cabana area, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and the outdoor shower was an amazing touch. Now I will say, there was a bad storm on our last day which knocked out the power but best believe Jen and Bee were right on it along with the maintenance team and we were up and running in no time. I can say a lot more, the pictures do not do this place justice. Just see for yourself when you book and go! We will definitely be staying here again no questions asked.

Honeymoon at Swaying Palms

This place was NOT missing the details. It was so well thought out when built. My wife and I loved our stay so much we can't wait to come back again. Every unit is so private and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Five star accommodation.

Absolute paradise

Our stay at Swaying Palms was hands down the best rental we have experienced. Location, privacy, and a view you only see on postcards or in movies. The bungalow was in top shape and has everything you will need. You could realistically never leave if you had the fridge stocked before arrival Terry made the check-in process painless and was available for any issues that could arise, which were nonexistent for us We are counting the days til we can return and cannot wait to come back!
