Ready for coastal breezes, fruity umbrellas in your drink, and some serious R&R? Then Latitude Adjustment is just what the doctor ordered. A perfect couples retreat.

6/10 a mile to the beach, 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride via large sidewalks shaded by beautiful oaks (see pic)

This completely updated 1,100 sq ft villa has all the comforts of home, without the hassle. The kitchen is fully stocked. All you need to bring is the food. The living room is spacious, cozy and open to the dining room. 55”, 4K smart TV allows for streaming Netflix, etc. The glass front door and large sliding doors to the courtyard let in lots of natural light. Cozy king bed in master and queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Linens provided. Each bedroom has a flat screen. Various board games and books are also availabe for you to enjoy. Beach towels and chairs provided.

Queen's Grant is part of the lovely Palmetto Dunes complex. Queens Grant has five swimming pools. You're a 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride to three miles of perfect beach, all in the shaded embrace of large trees that over hang your path. Hilton Head beaches are dog friendly. Don't forget to utilize this villa's private, outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse when you return.

A general store and bike rental facility are also within walking distance and within the Palmetto Dunes. Enjoy 2,000 acres of beautifully manicured grounds, six miles of bike paths, and an 11 mile lagoon perfect for kayaking, or canoeing. Not to mention three golf courses, to include Robert Trent Jones. Over 20 tennis courts and a new world class, pickle ball facility! There's also tons of shopping available, to include two Tanger Outlet Malls just minutes away.

This is a one story villa with NO stairs. Parking is available right next to the unit. We welcome large dogs.

The villa is nicely decorated and very clean. Everything you may need is provided. It is a short drive or bike ride to the beach and owner provides beach accessories. Two pools are less than a 5 minute walk. Laura was very easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The villa was beautiful and located in the perfect spot on the island. We were in walking distance to the pool and visited the private beach located on the property. Definitely would recommend the villa !!!!

Such a great little beach condo! Perfect spot for us (and our pup). It’s not right on the sand, but honestly that wasn’t a big deal—the free beach buggy shuttle made getting to the beach a breeze, and we loved having bikes to ride around too. The location couldn’t be better—just a short hop to Kroger for groceries and Coligny Plaza for food, drinks, and shops. Super convenient, cozy, and pet-friendly… we’d definitely stay here again!

Laura was fantastic during our stay and was very quick to respond. She even called our first full day to make sure everything was going well. She gave recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The house was very cute decorated and had everything you need. The pool is right behind the villa which is great for kiddos and the beach is close as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Always love staying here! This year we booked it for my Aunt and her friend. They loved it and said it was the best place they have ever stayed. They raved about how well stocked the place was from games, books, beach towels, chairs, sunscreen to a very well stocked kitchen even everything you need for a dog. They wanted to stay forever!!The owner of this place is always so sweet and responsive no matter what it is. Thank you for another wonderful stay. Can’t wait to book our next stay.

Amazing HHI stay

I couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The condo is perfectly appointed. One of my favorite things was there was no shortage of beach towels— as a single mom I usually end up doing beach towel laundry twice a day to keep up, but not here! I also loved the back patio and the comfort of the beds. The kitchen is lovely and had everything we needed. We loved it so much we booked the same place over Labor Day! My dog was also super happy and cozy there.

Location on the island is great! A little further walk than I would have liked especially with kids and a cart full of stuff but if you get to the beach early enough you can find a spot, but they fill up fast. Communication with Laura was great!

5th Time

This was our 5th time at this property. Very comfortable for my wife and I and our 2 dogs. Nice walk to beach in a beautiful setting. Owner (Laura) is very easy to communicate with.

Very nice stay

We loved everything about this stay but would say that the outdoor space does not match the interior. We chose this particular option because it appeared to have a nice outdoor sitting area that was protected and would be a benefit late in March. It was protected, but needs a little extra love. Would definitely return.

The Villa-Couples retrear

Laura was a great host. She responded immediately to any questions or concerns. We stayed 4 weeks. The villa was lovely and clean. The only wish was for better fishing for my husband. A few items are really needed for a long stay, a mop which apparently was taken by gremlins, or a swiffer. There are beautiful walking n biking paths, pickleball courts and golf. Plenty to do. A short walk to the beach or drive. Great restaurants as well.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay in Laura's villa. Everything we needed was provided and the villa was nicely decorated in very tasteful beach decor. Our puppy enjoyed her stay as well as the community is quite dog friendly. Highlrecommend!

Fantastic stay.

Pictures on Vrbo are exactly what you get. I was very excited to find a place that allows two large dogs. Location and area was very dog friendly. The villa was extremely clean and the flooring was perfect for dogs. Easy to sweep. Rooms were perfect. When I had a question owner was quick to respond. I hope to return next year for a longer stay and hope I will still be welcomed with two dogs. Thank you for the opportunity.
