We feature a key less entry with no contact check in. We have a security camera at the front entrance. We have password protected very high speed internet Wifi. Villa is a very roomy 1447 sq. ft. Great space in an open floor plan. Large Great Room with tiled floors and 50 inch smart TV with Premier Cable Service Lineup as well as a Sound Bar. Leather sleeper sofa and 2 Leather Recliners. Dedicated workspace Desk area provides charging station for phones and electronics.

Dining area has large table with 2 extra leaves seating 6 -10. There are 4 padded counter height stools at the kitchen peninsula.

Our deep stainless steel farmhouse sink is a beauty! Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to get you cooking including spices, condiments and paper products. Large assortment of good quality baking pans, cooking utensils, blender and even a crock pot!

We have provided beach chairs, umbrella, carry beach bags, and small cooler for your use. Just bring your beach towels! Easy close parking to villa. There is one of five pools just around the corner from our Villa. Another is a 5 minute walk.

All the fine amenities of Palmetto Dunes are just a short walk or bike ride away. 8 - 10 minute walk to 12 miles of beautiful beaches. Call the fabulous Complimentary Dune Buggy Service from April 1st thru Labor Day will ferry your family and gear to and from the beach! The Dune Buggy will take you anywhere in the Resort including Shelter Cove, so park your car and take the Free Dune Buggy in season!

Shelter Cove Town Center offers great Waterfront shopping, restaurants, entertainment and events. Every Tuesday night in Summer there are great Fireworks mid June thru August. There is also a very convenient Kroger and Liquor Store there.
