Casa Coconut AMI unit 1, located at 4104 4th Avenue in Holmes Beach, on Anna Maria Island, a delightful island locale directly across the street from the seven acre Manatee Public Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This totally renovated, two bedroom unit with one bath sleeps six with a queen size bed in the master suite, two twin size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is fully loaded and features a dishwasher and microwave. A wraparound porch provides easy access for larger groups renting both units 1 and 2. There are free laundry facilities onsite. Unit 1 overlooks a large open deck with a gas grill and picnic tables for your use. There is a 50" flat screen TV in the living room. Free Wifi, and domestic long distance calling. Beach chairs and beach gear are available for our guest's enjoyment. Parking is limited to two vehicles.
Well behaved pets welcome. Fee $140 per stay, limit 2.
