This is a fabulously styled cottage is set back 30 yards from the Gulf ocean (one house off the beach as the crow flies) close to the white sandy beaches that make Anna Maria Island so famous.

Large open rooms, this cottage has lots of sunlight and a charming style that will kickoff the perfect vacation. The modern kitchen is fully loaded with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge...and of course, there's an ice maker! Lots of storage for longer stays makes this cozy kitchen easy to enjoy.

When you walk in the front door, you walk through our Florida room with its' cute bunk beds. This is a great place for the kids to kick-back after a day by the sea.

The comfortable living room offers a great place to relax indoors from the sun and you have wifi and television to help keep you occupied. Fans in the living and bedroom mean you can enjoy the perfect weather without sacrificing airflow. But hey, if you like it cooler, the AC is always available. Need more room, the couch is a pull-out which can come in handy.

The bathroom has a tub for soaking and a marble-topped vanity as well as custom one-of-a-kind touches. The fluffy towels are all 100% cotton and will give you that fresh hotel feel.

Your bedroom comes with a king bed that's not too firm, not too soft, and 450-thread count cotton sheets. There are bedside tables lamps, a large closet and of course your own private television.

Just think... when the waves pick up, you can walk to the beach in around 2 minutes down the road or back alley, or why not listen to the ocean from your private patio which is a great place to relax all day. Feeling like a BBQ? Kick on the grill and kickback. This house has everything you could possibly need to enjoy time by the sea.

Your boutique chic, adorable cottage is just a 4-minute walk to coffee shops, the only late-night watering hole on the island, the local Walgreens, and a bike rental store so you never need to drive anywhere. But if you did want to head out, the free trolley that runs up and down the island make getting all over a cinch!

Lastly, there is a washer & dryer located on the back of the propertyā€” it's shared by both this cottage and the one next to it.

Great location

Lots good. Great spot near everything including beach. Clean apartment with home-like charm. The only real negative is that itā€™s a 2 unit house. First neighbors were nice. Second set was loud and we could hear all going on through the wallā€¦ and as they came and went past our window into the early hours. Also the sleeper sofa has a thin mattress and a metal bar across the middle making it extremely uncomfortable. The master bed and bunks are nice, though. Overall a solid option.

We stayed 8 days. This is our 4th year at the same property and we will see you next year. This is very clean and 2 blocks from the beach and in quiet area and close to Publix.

Fabulous Stay!

Cottage was perfect ! Great condition , great location . We loved every detail of the cottage. The outside patio was delightful and grill came in so handy . We highly recommend it and we will be back . This is our second stay two years in a row . Jo Jo was great as well!

Great location, clean cottage

We loved this cottage and enjoyed AMI very much! Cottage was very clean and well appointed- beach gear, kitchen items, etc. Location is great too- in the middle of the island in a quiet neighborhood, but an easy drive to either end of island. Loved that we could walk to the nearby shopping center with a few restaurants and retail stores like Walgreens and Publix. The walk to the beach was easy, basically a block and a half either direction. The beach wagon was a huge bonus! The beach was not crowded as it was neighborhood people plus the people from the 10 parking spots at the access. Manatee Beach and others were way more crowded that this area. A few things to note- This is a front to back duplex. This is the front part. So the people in the back part walk past your bedroom and living room windows (sidewalk against house) to get to their front door. Thankfully we had quiet neighbors that didnā€™t walk back and forth a bunch. That would be annoying because you could hear them easily as they walked by. Laundry is shared, so you walk on same sidewalk against their windows to get to shared shed in their private courtyard to access laundry. This is fine, with courteous neighbors. The bunk room is cute, although hot with all the windows, and probably not suited for kids above age 10 due to weight on the bunk bed. We definitely would rent this cottage again.

Great place!

Very clean, safe, short walk to the beach. Only minor issue was the TV not working however, this did not affect our stay. The outside shower to rinse sandy feet and beach chairs were great! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great beach vacation

The rental was amazing and had everything you could need. Very comfortable and so close to the beach! My daughter loved the bunk bed and the outdoor space was an added bonus!

Close to beach

The house is very cute and is in a great location. We used it during the day mostly but the king bed was used two nights and it was very comfortable. Chairs and cart for the beach were nice.

Perfect location

This place was so cute and had just about everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. Our entire stay was quiet and peaceful. Cell service was sketchy in the cottage, but we were on vacation, right? :)

We had a blast! Look forward to it every year the property was great location was excellent it was fully furnished and equipped with everything we needed just a few things I would recommend would be updating the bed mattress on all the beds not a comfortable sleep at all and spray for ants other than that it was a great time.
