In a "Hygge" atmosphere, head and esthete, made of beautiful pieces and great signatures of the Scandinavian furniture of the 20th century, "Le Lucas", will bring you all the serenity and comfort necessary for a true contemplative and meditative retreat, surrounded by a rustling nature, in the middle of the new Regional Natural Park of Médoc.

In the immediate vicinity of the most prestigious wine appellations of the Châteaux of Bordeaux, "Le Lucas" and its extreme intimacy, is the ideal place for all returns to nature.

The Villa, on a plot of 5.000 m2, consists of a terrace of 250 m2, with a heated swimming pool, large rest areas, outdoor shower and equipment necessary for all the daily conviviality.

Two buildings surround this first space.

In the main building, you will find, a large living room of 70 m2, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets including a separate, a laundry room and a kitchen.
