AMAZING POOL Property Super Clean Villa Near Kemah TX:

Family vacation facility 10 minutes south of Kemah, 25 minutes north of Galveston Island. This 5000+ sqft Mediterranean style villa has many amenities including water front view, privacy walls, swimming pool, balcony palapa, 5 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, & a close boat launch. Great for multi-family rental. Sleeps 12 to 14 in beds. There are a couple of large beanbag chairs that could fit another child each. Contact the property manager for more information. Note: Swimming pool is not heated.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Effective immediately - Due to the consideration of our neighbors, the use of outdoor loud speakers are now BANNED at Tropicali Cove. Parties of more than 15 people are now prohibited. Playing loud music may lead to eviction from the property.

Disclaimer: Note to travelers: This is a beautiful wonderful property. Great for making many family vacation memories! However, we feel it's necessary to explain a few things. This property is used as a vacation rental, therefore, everything is not brand new. It is professionally cleaned, all towels and linens are washed after each visit. We do supply many helpful things like, paper goods, trash bags, etc... We like for our guests to have everything they need. We provide pool towels. The pool towels are used by all the guests. They do get worn, they are not perfect. We have dishes, glasses, cookware, all of which are used and we try to replace when necessary, but they are used and are not perfect.

The built-in outdoor charcoal grill is routinely cleaned, but due to the fact that it’s outside, it will collect dust and dirt occasionally and might need to be wiped down before use.

Lastly, there is a large, beautiful outdoor palapa over the lake. As hard as we try to keep it clean after each guest, because it is out over the lake and there is so much nature around, it is a big attraction for the birds. We have placed a bucket and brush to wipe down what the ducks leave. This disclaimer comes from a guest who had expectations of a brand new home or a hotel. Thank you for your understanding. Note: All of our beautiful palm trees were killed after a freeze so we had them all removed.

Parking is limited to about 6-8 vehicles (depending on their sizes) inside the front gate on the circle drive only. Parking is not allowed in the private drive leading to the property & cars will be towed at owner's expense if parked there & guests may be evicted if not in compliance. Another important house rule regarding non-overnight guests: As a courtesy to our neighbors, we ask that all non-overnight guests exit the property at nightfall (no later than 9 PM). Large events/ parties with non-overnight guests are not allowed at VRBO properties.
