Location, Location, Location ! This funky, fun, 2 level penthouse apartment with it's own private pool, pergola and rooftop living room, is located at the start of the walking street in Aldea Zama. With restaurants, bars, cafes, yoga studios, grocery store, pharmacies and more all located only steps from your door!

You won’t believe the sunset views. Our pergola allows you to hang out upstairs in the outdoor living room with a fan, during the hot days under some much needed shade from the sun.

The private outdoor rooftop living space features a large private sea blue plunge pool that looks out over the forest of Tulum and is the highlight of this place.

Only a 10 minute bike ride to the hotel zone, beaches, ruins, restaurants and downtown.

Full concierge service, our host will greet you upon arrival and check out and help you with any restaurant reservations, tour bookings , bike rentals , babysitting services , chef services etc …

Decorated with personality, we hired a local macramé artist and designed a fun vibe on the staircase and upstairs in our favourite spot in the penthouse.

The kitchen is well equipped with hand selected unique dishes and has everything you might need to cook at home! Open up the doors and enjoy the indoor / outdoor feel of the balcony looking out onto the jungle as you prepare your meal.

The living space has a large TV and a comfy large custom sofa that folds out into a king sized bed. Four chairs and a dining room table so you can sit down and enjoy your meals.

After a hard day of swimming in cenotes, shopping, sightseeing or Mezcal tasting, come home to relax in the glow of the hanging candles and flowering plants on the large private roof top balcony. Light the copal in the copal burner to keep the bugs away and sit in the outdoor living room, dip into the pool and enjoy the sunset over the jungle view. We also have a custom build perota wood bar top - lots of space to entertain and have drinks! During the day turn the outdoor fan on under our pergola and enjoy the outdoors while remaining cool and in the shade.

The master bedroom, with a full king size bed which was custom designed by the owner. Large closet space, TV and mini fridge with amenities and an en suite full bathroom. This master is definitely luxury and relaxation all in one.

The large spacious second bedroom has a king sized bed and a full en suite bath as well.

The upstairs in our building has a common area swimming plunge pool and three washer / dryer units for your use.

Every room has a king size bed, 4 large pillows, bath, hand and face towels , a safe for your valuables, hair dryer, beach towels, cloth shopping and beach bags, re-usable straws, water thermoses, locally sourced and supplied sustainable products from Ixchael, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, after sun cream and insect repellent.

Location is every thing; the new neighbourhood of Aldea Zama is located half way between the hotel zone, downtown, and the ruins. With over 3000 cenotes to explore, water theme parks for the family, extreme zip line parks, world class gourmet restaurants and DJ,s there is never a dull moment.
