This is a great condo on the south end of Tulum, located at Aldea Zamá, the newest residential area.
A short ½ Mile walk or bike ride to town with lots of boutiques, restaurants and more. You will find this particular condo to be especially well located: between Tulum town and the white sand beaches of Tulum.
We live here in the same complex and we took special care to provide you the best and to guarantee you the quality, comfort and services.
Both bedrooms are spacious and have private bathrooms and dressings closets, with second floor terrace solarium with a Jacuzzi, Lounge Palapa & a BBQ grill.
The kitchen is all furnished, fully stocked with everything you could need to create the best gourmet meals for you and your friends & family.
We have beach towels for you to use while you are here, beach umbrella. We can provide you rental bikes for getting around town and to the beach with a “special rate”.
Why to choose a Luxury Condo and not a villa or a hotel? Beyond being less expensive it is simple luxuries: here you’ll have a full-time power, air conditioning, Wifi, beautiful big pool, US satellite TV, great water pressure for hot or cold showers and feeling of being in your own villa in the Riviera Maya.
How to get to the beach: 7 minutes bike or two minutes if you take your car or a taxi, it depends on the beach area there’s number of great little cabana resorts that will welcome you free of charge-assuming you plan to have a bite to eat or a few drinks there, or you can get to the public beach, bringing our beach chairs, cooler and umbrella with you!
Spend your holiday on the beach or visiting the ruins, lagoons and cenotes, we propose you diving lessons with international instructors PADI who will be happy to share with you their passion.
We love the beach, but we are happy to be back in the jungle after a long day out in the sun, sand and wind…here is so quiet, you hear only the birds.
The other great thing about Tulum is the food, shopping and entertainment; you’ll have a variety of international dining options.

Terrific location

The location was perfect if you have a rental car. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance, However to travel to the cenotes or ruins, it’s advisable to have a car. Rosy is terrific. We definite plan on coming back. It’s nice to be able to use our moderate Spanish speaking abilities while here, but also also nice to know we can revert to English if necessary too. We love Tulum.

Perfect place in Tulum

This condo was perfect for our week in tulum. The location is right in downtown Zama, a short walk or scooter ride to downtown Tulum and to the hotel beach zone. Rosy was amazing giving so much advice on things to do and where to go. She was very responsive and the perfect host. The condo itself was amazing and the penthouse was perfect for early mornings and late nights to enjoy.

Great Stay in Aldea Zama.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this property. With the rooftop courtyard, there's plenty of space to enjoy the day. Everything worked well inside the unit. Communication with the owners was easy. Highly recommended!

Just awesome!

We had such a lovely stay. The place was spotless and even more beautiful than in the pictures! The owners are super chill and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to book it again!

Great Stay!!

We had a wonderful time in Tulum and loved staying at Las Estrellas. The condo is exactly as advertised and pictures are spot on. Rosy and Phillipe were very helpful and always friendly if we saw them around the complex. Their personal visitors guide is full of great restaurant recommendations and the contacts for English speaking cab drivers were especially helpful. This condo would be great for a family or two couples. It was well equipped for cooking meals. The location of Aldea Zama is ideal as well, right between Tulum and the beach strip. The big grocery store is very close as well. We rode the bikes everywhere, Tulum is very flat and easy to get around. If you have smaller children you might want a car although the taxis were everywhere and cheap as well. All together a great stay!

Great Place & Value!

This was our first time in Tulum, so we weren't familiar with the area. Staying at this condo was wonderful. The kids would swim in the pool early in the morning, then we would pile into our rental car for day trips to the beautiful beaches, ruins, Xel-Ha, swimming with sea turtles, etc., then we would return to this wonderful clean condo in the evening. Kids would swim again and then we would have dinner on the private roof top terrace. Definitely recommend renting a car - rent one in Tulum - as it's really easy to get around. Loved it here! We will be back!!

Great condo!

Excelente lugar, muy centrico

Aldea Zama es el lugar perfecto para hospedarse en Tulum. El lugar es muy centrico a una distancia bastante cerca tanto del pueblo como de la playa. El condominio con todas las comodidades que se necesitan para un rica vacacion. Rosy muy atenta con nosotros ya que nos hizo recomendaciones de lugares para comer, cenar, y conocer. Muy recomendado!

Excellent value / great place to stay

We just rented this condo over Easter week, I could'nt have been happier. It is the perfect combination of Tulum with the modern Luxuries. It is the best of both worlds. Owners are very nice, lovely people making the entire experience wonderful. Thank you for having us, I Have found my new "home" in Tulum Dawn

Great Condo!

We stayed at the condo in December 2014. This condo was in a great condition and pictures are very accurate. The condo itself is tastefully decorated with just enough Mexican flair. There were very few people at the condo complex so the pool area felt almost private. The entire complex, though lived in, was quiet and peaceful. You do need a car as walking distance to the beach or town is about 3-4 km. Rosalinda provided us with beach chairs and a beach umbrella which was great. The roof top patio and palapa with a hot tub and grill is very pretty and private. We highly recommend the condo!

Lovely Stay at Las Estrellas

We arrived in Tulum about a week before our wedding and wanted a "home base" before the big day. This condo was absolutely perfect! From the warm welcome by Philippe to the condo itself, we found everything to be just like home (OK, maybe even nicer!). He gave us great recommendations for dinners out, plus they thoughtfully had a bottle of wine and fruit waiting since it was a special event for us -aww! There was also a book of recommendations and details about the condo, which answered every question - though Philippe was always willing to have a chat if we ran into him in the courtyard. It's those types of personal touches that really set this place apart. The condo itself was beautiful, too. Tastefully decorated with just enough Mexican flair in the linens and decor. Lots of things in the kitchen, should you want to cook, though we primarily used it for breakfast, snacks and drinks (the important things in life, right?) We took advantage of the pool, which felt almost private even though it belongs to the whole condo. The entire complex, though lived in, was quiet and peaceful. As others have said, this is a great value for Tulum - all the creature comforts (including TV, wifi and A/C) without the hefty price tag. Yes, you do have to drive or bike into a Tulum beach club to enjoy the sand and surf, but coming home to this lovely little retreat (including the top floor palapa, hot tub and grill) is totally worthwhile. Thank you for a lovely stay - it was the perfect way to kick off our wedding in Tulum!

A wonderful discovery!

My husband and I spent a month at Las Estrellas in January and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This condo is located in the safe, gated community of Aldea Zama -- five minutes to town, five minutes to the beach, for about $5 US by taxi. Or, better yet, you can take an easy bike ride to Tulum’s exquisite beaches on the well-maintained bike paths. The owners, Rosy and Philippe, are two of the nicest people you will meet. They were extremely helpful getting us settled in and full of ideas for where to go to get a great meal on the cheap or buy the best quality meats or fresh-caught fish. We discovered local places we might not have tried otherwise, that quickly became favorites. Rosy will steer you to fruit and vegetable stands as well as the large supermarket within bike riding distance, so you can cook at home if you like. Sitting out on the balcony overlooking the pool, coffee in hand and feeling the breeze became a daily ritual for us. Mostly, we loved how easy and comfortable it was to stay at Las Estrellas, and how convenient it is to everything we wanted to see and do. We look forward to going back.

We found the perfect vacation place !

We stayed at "Las Estrellas" for 10 days in August. Rosy kindly proposed to come and pick us up at the bus station when we arrived. During our stay, she did everything to make our vacation wonderful and she gave us a lot of information about what to do and to see around. The condo was gorgeous with plenty of room for the 5 of us. And it was very clean too. We enjoyed the swimming-pool every day and took a taxi every time we needed to go somewhere but you could also rent a bike if you want. We will be back, for sure !
