We had a great stay at the penthouse @ Aldea Zama. It was an amazing spot to spend some days with my grown children. The pools were awesome and we loved the rooftop patio for grilling and soaking. Our host was available all the times we reached out with an almost immediate response time. I would stay there again if I end up in Tulum anytime in the future!

Beautiful Condo with an amazing vibe very relaxing with an at home feel hosts were the best that we have had during all our years of using VRBO made our vacation stay seamless and I highly recommended both the condo and the hosts!!!!!

Fantastic stay

The property is very comfortable and nice. It is located in a great area with easy access to all things in Tulum. The host is extremely helpful and responsive! She really made our stay comfortable and easy.

perfect location! Walking to restaurants is the best.

Overall the property is perfect for families. With large patios off the living room and a private roof top patio, the space was large enough to spread out. Private outdoor shower on the rooftop was a fun addition as well.

The place was large and spacious. Loved that everyone had their own bathroom. We hit cold weather so we didn’t use the plunge pool but we could sit out on the deck or just inside with the doors open. Hardly used the AC but we used once and it worked well.

Fantastic Place!

This place was amazing. Clean, functional and homely. We loved it. The condo has everything you could possibly need. Lots of space, great amenities and a quiet peaceful location but close to Tulum and the beach.

Wonderful vacation in Tulum!

We had an amazing stay at the penthouse in Tulum, Mexico! Everything was excellent – the space was clean and beautifully maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure all our needs were met promptly. The views were stunning, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Tulum!

Fantastic Property

Apartment is very comfortable with great spaces throughout. It is nicely decorated and well kept. Location is good with proximity to Tulum town and beaches. Host is extremely responsive and helpful, including providing a great guidebook. Overall very nice experience!

Great condo in great location

We came with our adult children and their spouses. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable and had plenty of space. Location was close to the beautiful Paridiso beach and great restaurants. Lana was a wonderful host that has thought of everything. I would highly recommend staying in this condo.

Excellent all around

Our short stay in this lovely Tulum apartment was everything we hoped for. Lana's recommendations were so helpful - we enjoyed a day at Kanan in the beach, swimming in Cenotes, and more than one good meal within a short walk of the apartment. The rooftop patios were the perfect place for relaxation and conversation with good friends

Great in town stay!

We are a family of five: two couples and an adult single. The place fit us very well (no sharing of bathrooms!) the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed and also fit the Chef we brought in: Tea Private Chef and Catering 52 984 168 4988.Our hostess was spot on with her responses and helpfulness.

The house was great!! We went on our first vacation to Tulum with 4 adults and 2 children. The home had more than enough room and space to accommodate us all comfortably. We made many meals in. The kitchen was well equipped for us to do this easily. The private roof top terrace and main floor side patio with loungers were our favourite places to hangout and relax. Enjoy the weather and all the birds!! The plants and decor were lovely as well. Any concerns we had were dealt with promptly and properly. Home is in a nice area and close to the amenities we needed. We would stay here again!! Thanks so much!!

Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of 5 adults. There was plenty of space and everything was comfortable and clean. Despite multiple days of cool, rainy weather (we must have brought it from our cold-weather home!), we explored the area and tried out the bikes. The rooftop deck was a highlight and we spent as much time as we could up there. A great place!

Phenomenal place!

This place is AMAZING. It is HUGE! There is the main floor patio with outdoor dining, hammock and lounge chairs, PLUS a bonus rooftop patio with dining, lounging, cooled plunge pool! The ambiance at night, with the GIANT sun and opposing moon must be seen to be appreciated. You have to turn on the blue light moon at night. 10 out of 5 stars. Thank you!!

Lovely stay! Excellent communication and guide book (pdf document emailed by owner) with excellent tips about great places to go and things to see while there. We had an amazing time. My kids absolutely LOVED the pool and we were the only people using the pool every time we went. Not that we needed to have it all to ourselves but it was a very different experience compared to some places where the pool is always crowded. Location was perfect with quick access to town or beach and the rooftop was amazing!! We would absolutely stay here again!

This home was absolutely flawless in every way imaginable. Very warm and spacious; tasteful decor; lots of comfortable, private areas to relax; well-equipped kitchen; the sky terrace is amazing.and terrific place for BBQ and small pool/jacuzzi for cooling off. Lana, the owner, was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Switched, remotes, drawers, etc. are all labeled which made the house easy to navigate. Location is quiet, safe and walking distance to a small market, cafes, etc. Also within short drive to restaurants, stores and beaches. Recommend without reservation and will stay here again when in Tulum.

From the communication with Lana to the amazing beautiful house we where left speechless. Just how amazing and welcoming the home was from the sky view to the kitchen having all the utility’s you can think of this home was out of this world. Our family had a great experience at Zama Village. It was close enough to walk to nearby cafes and markets or take bikes or taxis to the beach. There is a hotel with a taxi stop right across the street or a block down you can rent a scooter or additional bikes (the condo has 2 available). The place was safe and clean. Everything was available that we needed for cooking and or daily use. The private patios are amazing for relaxing and hanging out. The owner was prompt in answering messages and did an amazing job putting together the guides. Definitely recommend seeing the main sites while you visit. We did a tour through Viator and visited the Tulum ruins, swam with the turtles and in the cenotes. ***side note: If you fly into Tulum, avoid the people at the airport stands telling you about the sites. They are trying to hook you for a presentation for a vacation package at a local resort.)

We stayed for a week in early April 2026. We had 3 kids in their 20's with us and our stay was amazing. The condo was fully stocked and we didn't need anything to enjoy our stay. The listing was very accurate, in fact, a little bigger and better than we anticipated. There was plenty of space inside the condo and the combination of the main floor terrace and the upstairs roof was amazing. We were impressed by the amount of the furniture - with 5 of us using the space, there was an ample supply of furniture on the terrace and on the rooftop. We also loved that we were close to everything. There is a 7-Eleven a very short walk away and everything we needed was less than a 5 minute drive. From even before we booked the space, Lana was very quick in responding to every question I had and provided great answers and added information we didn't ask for. She provided two booklets about the condo and the area which were incredibly helpful. Checking in was incredibly easy as was finding the place. We drove up from the Cancun airport and had no problems finding the place even though it was night time when we arrived. Everything was exactly as expected and the place, as well as Tulum in general, was amazing. We had a great trip and would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Tulum 2025 Bike and Snorkel

Very relaxing, and clean place to stay with a lot of room. Host has many resources for stay and are listed well on the Vrbo site. Minor maintenance issue was addressed very quickly. Lana was very responsive and helpful when needed. We used provided bikes to get around and they worked well. We rented two additional bikes and brought bike helmets with us from home. Most do not use bike helmets in Tulum. The area for bike storage was convenient; we managed to store the additional two bikes in this area, but tight. We cooked in house 1/2 the time and felt we had all we needed. The accent lighting is a nice touch. The roof top plung pool was refreshing / relaxing.

Loved it!

This is a great penthouse condo! We stayed with our 2yo daughter and 4 yo son, they had so much fun exploring the rooftop balcony, and I wasn't worried about their safety. They have a pack-n-play which we used for my daughter. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds, bathrooms, and living spaces were great. You can't get a better location without being directly on the beach, it's a short drive or bike ride to the nearby beach clubs. This neighborhood is new, I think the owners said that this was one of the first complexes built in this area (Aldea Zama), so it's not brand new, but like new. Our kids loved the pool, it has a shallow end for them to walk around and play. It was a great stay!
