Located in Kissimmee, Florida, a 15-minute car ride is all it takes to reach the Disney parks, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios needing slightly longer, at around 25 minutes. The home is also just a few minute car ride from Give Kids the World Village, a nonprofit resort that provides free vacations to children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. This proximity is ideal to those supporting or visiting this wonderful organization.

A few miles to the north is US192 with a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants to appeal to most tastes and budgets. The surrounding area also offers many other activities, such as Medieval Times, mini golf, go-karts, and escape rooms, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy!
