Welcome to our beautifully designed and decorated executive retreat. Newly constructed 1400 sq ft 2 story summer home with 3 bedrooms with no ocean view obstructions 150 feet from the beach. Boasting Hardwood floors throughout with ceramic tile at entries and bathrooms. 1 bedroom on the main level with 2 twin beds, 2 dressers and closet space. Wall mounted 32" HD smart tv with Fibre TV. Full laundry room closed in with a beautiful barn style sliding door. Main level also boasting a full bathroom with lovely cabinetry and quartz countertop. Beautiful bright custom kitchen / bar seating with quartz countertops. Kitchen complete with Ice maker fridge, dishwasher, microwave over the cook top range. All the necessary dining accessories are available at your finger tips. Kitchen and dining space overlooking the beautiful scenery of the Atlantic Ocean. Dining table seats 4 with additional bar seating. Living room has 16' vaulted ceilings with a lovely Propane fireplace to take the chill off in the evenings. This room has beautiful furnishings, 42" HD smart tv with Fibre TV along with fantastic ocean views. . Upper level boasts 2 large bedrooms with queen sized Posturepedic mattresses for the best sleep after a day on the beach. Large closets and dressers, both rooms with 42" HD smart tv's with Fibre TV. The lucky couple in the master bedroom will enjoy a lovely upper balcony with unspeakable views of the ocean and amazing sunsets. Large upper level bathroom with custom cabinetry boasting his and hers sinks with quartz finished tops. Big beautiful deck to enjoy the summer sun. Home has Fibre internet and TV in each room.

Great house in a beautiful location

We had a wonderful stay. The home is lovely, equipped with everything you need. We loved having access to the beach and spent hours exploring the shoreline. Hosts were responsive and house was exceptionally clean. Would love to come back again one day!

The host was most accommodating with responding to questions and check-in was easy.The house was immaculately clean and ready for us to enjoy. "By the Shore's" location made it easy for us to access biking, kayaking and swimming. We also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, taking in the views and summer breeze. A week wasn't long enough on PEI.

One beautiful week vacation

We loved it! Very nice and comfortable cottage with a sunset view, just a short walk to the beach. The room on the first floor was perfect for my elderly parents. Don’t hesitate!

Beautiful beach house

We loved the house, the beach and the sunsets. The family had a great time playing in the waves and the house had everything we needed. Would recommend and would stay again.

Outstanding cottage, location and hosts!

This place is a gem. The cottage is first-rate: newly built with high quality materials, exceptionally well equipped, and very spacious. It provides exceptional ocean views from the very large front porch, the living/dining room area, as well as the master bedroom (which has it own balcony). And as it is steps for the beach, you’ll love falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves! We were blown away by the majestic beach. It’s unspoiled and huge — perfect for long walks. The sand is pristine. The water is exceptionally clear and very warm (23C/73.5F in mid-August). And because there are so few cottages in the area, it often felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves. The cottage is conveniently located 20 mins from a town where you’ll find most of what you’ll need, and 30 minutes from Charlottetown. Last but not least, the hosts are super friendly, helpful and resourceful. We will definitely be back!

Amazing house at the beach

We were very impressed with this newer home and appreciated the close proximity to the beach. The home was very clean and well appointed. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The wraparound deck was fantastic and provided a great spot to sit with a coffee and watch/listen to the ocean. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay

We had a great family vacation. The property was great. We enjoyed the quiet peaceful location. Sitting on the deck and listening to the sound of the waves was especially enjoyable.

Fully equipped house on PEI

We have been renting vacation houses/condos for more than 20 years : this house was the most "move-in" ready of the lot. Cleaning supplies, bug spray, beach chair & towels, a bbq that lights up on first try, netflix, prime video, the list goes on, it had everything. VRBO pictures are accurate. House is brand new (2019) extremely well built: spray foam insulation, modern sealed windows, high quality wood deck, everything felt solid, level and square. Location is very good with great ocean (St-Lawrence Gulf) views. You can see the sunsets from the upper level balcony. Cons: ~3km red dirt road with potholes access (sedan car ok but don't come in a low riding sport car) Mosquitos : brutal on overcast/rainy days, but negligible on sunny days. Improvement suggestion : a level 2 (7 kW) electric car charger.

Sunsets and relaxation

Believe me, this house is more beautiful in person than in the description and photos on the website! Not only is the house beautiful, it had everything we needed for our week by the beach. The decor was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you could think of. And those sunsets!!

Great Getaway Spot

The house was amazing. The home had everything someone would need while on vacation. The views from the wrap around deck and balcony were inspiring and relaxing. The local beach was fun to walk up and down and collect shells and rocks. We met some really nice people in the small community and everyone was great to talk with. You can tell the area relaxes everyone. The remote location was amazing and a little difficult at the same time as we used the house as base to do different things around the island. The access road leading back to the house was an adventure, especially during rain and after.

Lovely Home

We absolutely loved this home! It was beautifully kept and we found it to be very clean. Korey was fantastic to work with as he responded to our questions very quickly. He went out of his way to make our stay very enjoyable. Thank you for sharing your home with us and all of those extra personal touches. We look forward to returning next year.

Great place

We absolutely loved out stay here. The cottage was as advertised with nice modern finishings - this is clearly a very new house. We spent lots of time on the nice big deck outside. The beach is only a two minute walk away and it was always very sparesely populated. Great for going for a long walk, spending a day playing in the water or having a fire at night. Expect a drive to get pretty much anywhere. We found that while the location wasn’t necessarily close to anything major, it also didn’t feel far away from anything either. The host was very easy to work with - helpful and responsive. We’d definitely come back.

Excellence in PEI

We had the privilege of staying in this beautiful home for a week in August. The house was immaculate and had was equipped everything we needed and more. The location of the house - a stones throw from the beach - was the clear highlight. The host was responsive and gracious. Highly recommended!

Incredible Spot

We loved it! Perfect two week getaway that is on a perfect beach for swims and walks, but also close to many of PEI’s main attractions and our family in Charlottetown. House was clean, bright, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would strongly recommend!

Perfect ocean getaway

We just returned from a week on the island at this property and everything was perfect. The views and property can not be beat. It was a wonderful spot for our family and we look forward to returning. So many wonderful memories made. This places is a treasure.

Beautiful home on a beautiful island

We stayed at this property for a week. It is as described: an immaculately maintained newer home with all the amenities for a comfortable week away. There are a few homes on the street; but the area very quiet. It was a great place to get some rest. The people we met in the neighborhood were lovely. We had the expansive beach mostly to ourselves, the access just a short walk down the road. The owner and property manager were nice to work with. Most restaurants and stores are a twenty plus minute drive away, so a car is a must. Although this is true anywhere on Prince Edward Island. The drives were relaxing and the sunsets at this home are beautiful. Bug spray is a must in July. This was a great vacation. We highly recommend this property.

Paradise By The Shore!

We had an amazing time visiting PEI from this beautiful place! It is even nicer than the photos and so well stocked/supplied with everything you would need! Korey was very responsive and welcoming. It is a bit isolated so a car is necessary, but this made it so relaxing. Charlottetown is approximately 30 min easy drive away and most other popular attractions/beaches are within 45-60 min drive. Our favorite parts of staying here were our evening walks on the mostly deserted beach across the road and sitting on the porch reading and listening to the waves. My kids were happy to have access to some beach/sand toys and especially to have a TV in their bedroom ;). I could not have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommend!

So lovely

This is the perfect spot. East to get around the island from here. The home is as beautiful as shown in the photos. The ocean views are unmatched. Beach is shallow and warm, and easy to access. Kitchen is very well stocked with supplies (dishes, cutlery, pots and pans) and the bbq is in great shape. We highly recommend this place.

Great house on the beach

Enjoyed our stay here, a great location right on the beach, could hear the waves from our room every night. Well equipped house and hosts are very responsive.
