Welcome to Rambler Ridge Luxury Retreat located at 4151 Sundance Drive which is one of the most sought after vacation locations of Sun Peaks! This house features ski in/ski out access right off the Rambler run (completely adjacent)! The house features large windows with breathtaking views of Mt. Morrisey. The great room is magnificient and boasts a distinctive attribute of a floor to ceiling rock fireplace. At the back of the house you will find a relaxing, private hot tub under a beautifully lit gazebo. You must view this home to see the many wonderful aspects it has to offer.

The space
This 2758 sq ft quality home features 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as a complete basement with bar and games area. The front deck features outdoor furniture for your convenience. The great room is magnificent with beautiful windows that bare breathtaking views of Mt. Morrisey and possess a stunning floor to ceiling rock fireplace. The master suite is on the main floor which has a beautiful ensuite and accomodates a king size bed. The upstairs provides another two bedrooms. One, which again, accomodates another king size bed, while the other is home of 2 queen/double bunk beds. The upstairs bathroom homes a 3-piece facility which includes a large shower. Again the basement provides a full bar as well as full bathroom (with bathtub) and games area (Foosball, Game Table and Nintendo 64). There is also a business center within the house that provides a desk, chair, printer/scanner and accessories for those who can't leave home without it. The garage houses 10 individual clothing lockers and ski/snowboard/bike racks to organize our guests and their activities as well as mitt/boot dryers for your wet accessories . The tandem garage features the most current ski/bike/hike run maps the village has to offer, so you can plan your vacation like a pro. The short 10 minute walk to the village makes it an ideal location for resort enthusiasts. The driveway/carport will hold up to 5 vehicles so there should be no need to get in the right of way of street parking, which is forbidden. Completely adjacent to the property is the Rambler ski run - how ideal for skiers and snowboarders alike? A short walk to the hill if the road is not covered by snow, and you are ready for a day on the slopes. The kitchen houses high-end appliances and is extremely well stocked for any guests wishing to entertain. A brand new bar-b-que is available for your needs as well. We provide high end linens as well as robes for our guests to make them feel right at home. Our in-floor heating will provide a cozy atmosphere for tenants. Large Apple TV's in the great room, basement and bedrooms are available to provide all the extras (bring you Netflix password for movie nights), as well as an in-house washer and dryer. So enjoy a hot tub, fire, and glass of wine and relax and enjoy all Sun Peaks has to offer.

It is our preference to rent to responsible/respectful tenants, preferably families (NOT PARTIERS). It has taken a long time for us to have our Short Term Rental Application processed and we do not wish to get it revoked. Please note we do have a 10:00 p.m. curfew to provide quiet time for our neighbours.
