This condo is located at 54th and Collins avenue, in a residential area of Miami Beach. It is about 5-10 min drive to South Beach, and 25 min drive to Miami Airport. The area is quiet and family-friendly but don't expect many restaurants or nightlife within walking distance. If you decide to have a car, parking for one car is included with the stay, through valet parking.

The Castle Beach condo offers many resort-like amenities. You can access free of charge the pool, tennis court. The condo also has a restaurant, tiki bar, convenience store, the Turkish and Russian Baths, shops and a laundry facility.

The condo itself is located on the 3rd floor. It is a one bedroom apartment, with a queen-size bed in the separate bedroom, and two days beds in the living room. The day beds turn each into 2 single beds, so you can sleep 4 guests in the living room plus 2 in the bedroom. Both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs. Complementary WIFI is available throughout the home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials: large fridge, stove, toaster-oven, microwave, coffee-maker and kettle, as well as dishes and kitchen utensils.
We also provide starting amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, dish soaps, sponge, paper towels, toilet papers. Additional linens, pillows and blanket are provided for the day beds.

No daily housekeeping and 2 sets of towels provided per guest. Additional housekeeping and change of towels/ linens can be arranged for an extra fee. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas may be present in the condo but we do not guaranty the quantity or condition of them.

Check in is anytime after 3PM and check out is anytime before 11AM. The security to register for parking is open 24h/day. The door is equipped with a digital lock and your personal code (with detailed arrival instructions) will be sent to you a few weeks before check-in.

Slight misrepresentation

Overall, the location and stay was fine. However, it’s important to note that the unit itself was not the unit as advertised/pictured.

Basically as advertised

We stayed with 4 boys and me and my husband. The condo was basically as advertised. I would agree, there are several updates that need to be made. The sliding door to the bedroom often went off track and we'd get stuck in the room, there were a few kitchen items that were broken such as the toaster, and the pull out beds were not very comfortable. However, for 4 teenage boys and me and my husband it was all just fine. We were right on the beach and near downtown attractions. Valet was nice to have and the pool was nice too. I'd recommend this condo as long as you aren't overly picky. It was fun to be near all the action for the world cup celebration too

There was open/used soap in our room upon check-in. The room and hotel are outdated, dirty, and gross. One "bed" is a hard, lumpy fouton, advertised as a bed to fit 2 people. The kind you find in a college dorm, where the back just folds down, extremely uncomfortable! Dust on all surfaces and kitchen counter had brown powdered substance all over it (looked like taco seasoning), but either way, it was clear it wasn't cleaned. The "floor" in the hallway is poorly cut laminate boards laid on top of the existing tile. It is not installed and since it's sitting on top of preexisting floor, it becomes a tripping/toe stub hazard anytime you walk into the hallway from the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and living room. I was told upon booking that I would be provided with two sets of towels per person. Upon check-in, I found three bath towels for our four-person stay. Two sets of towels would have been eight towels, and eight washcloths. I was not provided any washcloths. I had to wait to receive more towels, there were not linens for the couch beds in the living room. I had to ask twice for blankets for those. The building is old, dated and dirty. The stores in the building are extremely overpriced. The hallways/elevators are sketchy and dirty. The pool had dirty clumps of hair floating in it. There is a security guard that walks around by the pool and told my 12 year old son he needed to be wearing a shirt at the pool. The building is not close to any stores. Do not recommend!

L’aspect du condo en général était très bien. Par contre un peu limité dans les accessoires de cuisine. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine. Malheureusement le service de valets ont abîmé notre van de location.

Great Place

Place was Great! However, the gym isn’t as pictured as some stuff in the gym is broken and/or missing. But the beds in the living room were very nice and everything worked great in the place. Would stay again

Pics can be misleading

Location is great on North Beach but the property could use come upgrades. Hallway feels like The Shining. Looks like there is mold in the shower, cracks on the wall, stains on ironing board, some places not dusted or bugs on top of the refrigerator. Did better getting a hotel that would have been nicer than this place. I wouldn’t stay in this room or the building again

Right at the beach

We stayed here with four of our kids. It's in a fantastic location on Collins with direct access to the beach. The condo was a good size for the six of us, and there were two trundle beds underneath the daybeds in the main room. Would absolutely stay there again. The valet service was super helpful and security/staff was great too. Keep in mind that rent for the unit is relatively low, so don't expect fancy. The property could use renovation, but of course, it if was renovated it would cost more. The owners could fix a couple things that would make it a bit nicer: - the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced (it's permanently stuck on spray mode and sprays out sideways) - there's no lock on the bathroom door Again, we simply loved this place and had a great time, and was super easy to work with the management company.

Just what we needed

Property is a little dated but overall met our family’s need for the week. Beach was great and close. Parking on site is out of control and chaotic. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great week

Awesome place!!

The place was amazing they had a gym with the beach super close to the pool. We had an issue with the tv but immediately the very next day the property manager sent someone to get it fixed. The service including the valets were super friendly and welcoming.

A lot of possibilities...

The unit could be really nice with a lot of work. There were plastic bags stuffed in holes in the bedroom and kitchen ceilings, gaps in the baseboards and the place just looked dirty and run down. The facilities are great and the location is good.
