NOTE; Remodernazation in progress for exterior upper deck pool and a new garden terrace (see photo in photo folder display 90% completed--no noise at all)

Our weekend stay at the Alexander

Our experience at this apartment far exceeded our expectations. Mr. Greenbaum was very accommodating to all our needs and called to make sure we had everything we needed after we arrived. The apartment was super clean and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed our weekend!

Great location on Miami Beach

Great location. Nice condo. The building is undergoing renovations and that was a bit inconvenient. Hot tubs were not hot enough at times

Amazing Views

My family very much enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately it was a short vacation prior to my sons surgery but we made the most of it. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were modern and roomy. The kitchen had all the basics needed for eating in. The views were amazing from the patio. The property staff were very customer serviced oriented. The Beachwalk just outside the property was an amazing way to spend early evenings walking and easy access to Publix.

5 STARS!! - Our vacation experience could not have been better and a large part of it was due to this condo. This condo was an outstanding value in several areas: 1) Location : What's true in real estate is true with vacation rentals, location is paramount. This condo is located in the heart of Miami Beach and offers close proximity to everything important. It sits on the beach, so beach access is no problem; but it's also close to all the great restaurants, shopping, and highways that you would want to access during your vacation. 2) The Condo : The Condo itself feels new and comfortable. The refrigerator, stove, and microwave coupled with plenty of counter space allowed us to cook our own meals which saved us a bundle on food. Also, the ocean view from the balcony is outstanding. I took a snapshot and now use it as my computer wallpaper. 3) Amenities : This condo offers two pools (one of which is heated), a pool bar, sauna/gym/Jacuzzi, and much more. The owner was very helpful and friendly & called us if we needed anything. A true host., We would definitely come again. Simon and Sal June 2022

nice quiet condo for family time !

We enjoyed our stay in this comfy and quiet condo. My son-in-law was able to do his remote work on the extra table in the bedroom. The full kitchen was great even though we did not do any cooking. We sampled all kinds of food in Miami. The big refrigerator kept our water cool and we used the microwave to warm up our takeouts. I highly recommend this place.

Great beachfront property! Very accessible to most all attractions!

Property was as described. The tvs were a bit frustrating to use at first, but we figured them out after the 2nd day. For any issue, front desk says to call property owner who has to call them to fix anything, but Meyer was great to do so! Only complaint…need more ice trays and no washcloths were given to us to use!

Great location, questionable site service

We had a good week at this location. The room was great, just as advertised. The view and location were also very nice. Kids loved the pool area and easy access to the boardwalk and beach. Hotel staff throughout tended to treat us poorly after determining we were booked through VRBO rather than directly. A large section of the outdoor patio was under construction during our stay but looked like it will be very nice once complete.

Birthday Celebration

Being this was our first time at this property we were a little confused. There was definitly a language barrier between the front desk and I. Front Desk could not understand english to well and was not friendly. I had to call the owner to explain that we were having problems with our door locks and towels. The first two days we were able to get fresh towels for the beach and room.. Afterwards we were told that we had to clean our own towels but the problem was that we had already given our towels back. When it came to the lock on the patio door. My sisters were traped on the balcony for 45 minutes. I had to call the owner because at first we had problems with the front door not locking but patio door would not open. Front desk might have been confused due to they just had sent maintenance but their attitudes were terrible.. Overall the stay was outstanding, the owner was awesome! Mr. Myer will answer the phone and promply resolve all problems but front desk really needs to work on their Customer Service...

Great location

My friend and I stayed for 4 days over spring break. Pros: Location location location On the beach Away from major party zone of south beach-so quieter Cocktail and food service on beach Cabanas and umbrellas for rent on beach Balcony overlooks (future) pool and beach Bike rental across the street Condo is spacious 2bed/2bath AC in bedrooms Mercado on-premises with basics Price was great for season and beach front Cons: Staff was unfriendly-argumentative when we needed help No pots/pans in unit-asked front desk and had them delivered Fridge was dirty upon arrival-asked at front desk for assistance No restaurant on premises Not really a con-just an FYI-no grocery with-in walking distance-we took an Uber to Publix to stock up for the week Overall, if in Miami Beach again, we would stay here

Excellent place!

Meyer's place is great! Very clean, beach and city views off the balcony, great pool and super convenient beach access. Walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as a Publix. I was a little surprised to see no leftover VRBO condiments/salt and pepper/etc... but it wasn't so important - we just bought it at Publix. :)

Fantastic stay!!!

We just returned from our vacation. We could not have been more happy with the unit. The unit was clean and modern and was exactly as shown in the pictures presented. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Mr. Greebaum was a pleasure!! He was eager to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and worry free. He was very responsive to questions and went out of his way for us. Although The Alexander is undergoing renovations we barely felt it. There was a bit of construction noise but it wasn’t too bothersome. We can’t wait until our next trip and would 100% book this property again.

Great Condo!

This condo was exactly as pictured and was very clean upon our arrival. Great location and beach access was nice. The hallways, etc. at the Alexander are in need of an update but is sounds like they are going to be remodeled within the next year. The owner responded promptly to any questions we had and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Miami Beach.

AWESOME VACATION

Our stay at this apartment was fantastic. When we arrived the place was immaculate. I loved sitting in the morning on the balcony overlooking the ocean & drinking my coffee. Everything in the apartment was fabulous. From the luscious beds to the state of art bathrooms to the comfortable sofas , everything was perfect . The owner was a pleasure to talk to. Accommodating our every need. The children loved the gorgeous pool & sandy ocean. Fresh towels were given at no cost which was amazing! The hotel staff was very friendly & the hotel valet was quick & efficient. The price was definitely well worth it . We would recommend this to families or honeymooners. We will definitely come back again . All in all an AWESOME VACATION !! Riki W

HEADING-----GREAT VACATION--WONDERFUL CONDO

This Beautiful room in real outdoes all the pictures. The modern, upscale bathrooms are all newly renovated. Convenient, classy kitchen so you can cook out of the comfort of your own suite. Updated layout in the living room includes a plus size couch. Spacious Beds are super comfortable making it hard to get out of in the morning... that is until you see the great view of the beach right out your window. Easy hotel access right onto the beach and a gorgeous pool makes to a relaxing tropical vacation. Cabana by pool serves cold drinks all day long. Central Location is close to many activities nearby. Room owner is easy to communicate with and always happy to help with anything you need. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thanks again. R. Schwartz

WONDERFUL VACATION

The family realy appreciates all the comfort in the apartment. The modern bathrooms are most lovely and clean. Hotel stall and people at pool were great. The tiki bar at the pool had plenty of food. We will most definitly come back in the fall. The owner told us all upfront about the renovation being done in the hotel area, but it didn't bother us, for we left early with the kids to the ocean. The price was fantastic and just fit our price for our family of 5. The kids wish to send you a personal thank you card. Best regards Jack F.

Fabulous passover vacation at the Alexander hotel

I Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant Passover experience with my family! The location was prime for us, close walking distance to Shuls. We really enjoyed the warm afternoons at the beach and pool. The Apartment decor was great- brand new bathrooms included. Large windows with a beautiful ocean view. Mr. Greenbaum was very accommodating and Easy to reach. Would definitely book again! Thank you!!

THE MOST AMAZING VACATION EVER !!!

We stayed many times at this suite and always had the time of our life ,enjoying every moment of it . The outside of the building is being repainted , & the upper level pool & garden are being remodeled , with minimum interruption to any of our amenities of the hotel. We love it there . The major lower pool is full of people & children , plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas , with everyone having a great time. The lobby & mezzanine are uttermost clean with staff constantly tidying up the entire areas. The elevators are wonderful & clean . The Alexander is very well known for its Renaissance look. As for the suite itself , it was spotless when we arrived . The 2 Fully marbled ceramic tiles from top to bottom, with modern toilets & elegant walk in glass showers & rooms are fabulous. The European off the floor vanities & make up lights shows its elegance . Kitchen has all the amenities, just what we needed for the family , new cabinets , utensils , pots, toaster, coffee maker , stove, dishwasher etc. Furniture in all the bedrooms was very nice & most important the mattresses are the best . Plenty of towels & covers. What more can you ask for ? Just good weather lol! The owner was a pleasure to work with , in all areas of our concerns he answered all of our questions . Hotel staff was very courteous & friendly to us. Tiki bar at the pool has plenty of food & drinks for the whole family . I definitely would recommend this suite to anyone with family & young couples going on a great vacation . NINA W.
