Coastal Elegance. Poolside. Just steps from the beach! Cards available.

Thank you for staying with us. And thank you for your review. We love this spot for its quick location to the beach or the pools. Come back when you can, Kathy

Thank you John. We appreciate you staying with us and leaving a review. Come back when you can, Kathy

Ridiculous! And we let you in several hours early so you could enjoy your amazing vacation. Leaving someone 3 stars for a "great time" is just not helpful.

And you were a wonderful guest. Come back when you can, Kathy

Thank you sir. You were a pleasure. Looking forward to working with you again, Kathy

We’re so happy to hear that you had a lovely stay and were able to enjoy all that Fripp Island has to offer! We’re proud to provide a comfortable and affordable way for guests to experience the island and its beautiful beaches. We do our best to make sure our listing photos and description accurately represent the home so guests can choose the space that best fits their needs. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back to Fripp Island in the future!

Thanks for staying us for the night of your friend’s wedding. I looked back through our communications to see why 4 stars vs 5 stars, to see what we could have done better with your stay. But everything seemed great. You asked for an early check in which we were able to accommodate and we are always happy to accommodate if possible.

Our favorite comments. Love that you found the bed comfortable! Sleep is so important. And we love that you noticed the cleaning. Very important to provide the best spot to our guests. Come back when you can, Kathy

We are so happy you liked the accommodations. This place is close to everything. Glad you enjoyed the golf course. Come back when you can, Kathy

Thank you so much!! We appreciate it! Come back when you can, Kathy

You were awesome! Come back when you can, Kathy

Thank you so much! We do love the AC unit here. We were the only Sunsuite with a split unit installed, that could have changed in the last year, but it does provide great temperature and humidity controls. Thanks for noticing the cleaning. We take our cleaning very seriously! Come back when you can, Kathy

Thanks.

Thank you! We love being amongst it all too. And so close to the beach!!

Thank you for your review. A pleasure having you.

Thanks for staying with us. Our communications were quite friendly, prompt response with each communication and request. And thankfully you text me this, along with several lovely photos, “ We had a great time … beautiful place for sure! Have to ask, did you buy kitchen hand towel or bathroom tiles first? Match perfectly! Also, no biggie, but not sure you realize the curtains are hung inside out? We have a VRBO property in Rhode Island fyi … thanks again for being a great host! Take care, Kelly and Bob” . Glad you enjoyed the golf cart. Send me a message and tell me why only 4 stars. I’d love to know what we could have done better.

Thank you John. We appreciate you staying with us.

We love this. Come back when you can, Kathy

We’ve consistently received very positive feedback about the bed and bedding! We invested in a premium mattress and high-quality bedding because great sleep is something we value immensely — perhaps even more than a great meal! This isn’t a tired or dated unit either. The space was thoughtfully designed by an interior designer, with details like custom wallpaper and carefully selected high-end linens, pillows, and bedding throughout. The bathroom has also been upgraded with a walk-in shower, which is a feature many units do not offer. I also looked back through our communications to see whether there had been any concerns or indications that we could have addressed during your stay, as we always want the opportunity to make things right when possible. Our interactions had been very positive, and we were also happy to accommodate an early check-in for your reservation — several hours before the standard check-in time. Were you perhaps hoping for a more upscale kitchen design? We personally love ours — it’s charming, functional, and works beautifully within the space. Another thing guests appreciate about the Sun Suites is the value they offer. They are among the most affordable places to stay on the island, and with the discounts available through our rental, your stay came to just over $100 per night — allowing guests to enjoy a thoughtfully designed and amenity-filled vacation experience at an exceptional value.

Thank you so much Tina Turner. We appreciate you staying with us and taking the time to write a review.

Thank you so much! We love this location too. Right in the middle of the fun! And right by the ocean!! We are happy you found it to be comfortable. That’s very important to us. Come stay with us again, Kathy.

Thank you very very much!!! Cleanliness is SUPER important to us. Glad you had a fun time. Come back when you can, Kathy
