Great location few minutes to beach, shopping and dining.

This 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom villa was perfect for 2 couples. Villa was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay, Host kindly left, coffee and snacks for us to enjoy and was available for any questions. We enjoyed the pool just steps out the door after beach each day. We highly recommend this villa for your next stay as couples or a family.

Relaxing!

This was our second time to stay here and we still love it. This time was just my wife and I and we are returning in 2 weeks with 2 daughters. Do not think we will ever stay anywhere else unless we need more than 2 bedrooms. Nice, quite and safe place to stay.

Absolutely paradise

Just arrived home after a two week stay at this wonderful property. The house is very spacious and very well stocked! The outdoor space was used every day and the pool is right out the back door! Probably the best thing about this property is the commute to the beach. Walk across the parking lot and you are there with restaurants and shops a short walk away. I would not hesitate to recommend this property

Excellent location

Loved proximity to beaches, restaurants and markets. A safe environment. Clean, comfortable condo, quiet & somewhat private setting. Only issue was losing power a few times during our stay.

Super comfortable property

We shared two weeks with another couple in this property, and we loved it. Lots of space inside and outside. We were within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops, not to mention the main attraction: the ocean!

Great

My wife and I took our 8 and 11 year old daughters for the first time to Saint Martin. This was my wife's and mine 10th trip to Saint Martin and this was our favorite property so far. Great for 2 couples or family of 4. We will stay there again for sure. Safe location that is fenced all of the way around and real nice and clean facility.

Great stay at St. Martin

Went for spring break with my wife and 2 kids (9 and 7 y.o.). Great place next to the beach with a large, relaxing living space. The house had everything we needed! It’s also just across from the condo pool which is always empty. Orient Bay also has a great selection of restaurants which are all walking distance. We all had a great time and would definitely come back!

Loved the whole week. Everything worked mechanically as it should. Walking to the beach was easy and close. Kitchen was well equipped, although we ate out every night. Restaurants in the courtyard are stellar. Casino grocery great for what we needed. Daphne is a gem. Answer any of our crazy questions. Hopefully we can return…. Deb

Amazing place and location

This property has everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. It has the modern conveniences of good air conditioning, great showers, appliances, comfortable places to relax and washer and dryer. We walked to great restaurants every evening and swam and lounged on rental chairs at the beach you can walk to. They bring drinks and food to you as you lounge feet from crystal blue water. We brought snorkeling gear and drove to several places on the island. It was such a great trip with our 16 and 20 year old daughters and the property would be perfect for 2 couples. The shared swimming pool is salt water and right next to the patio. It was a great way to cool off after a day of being a tourist We highly recommend this property and hope to go back soon especially because the US Euro exchange rate is so good now!

Orient Beach Gem!

We loved our stay at this property. It is a beautiful, welcoming space. As my daughter said, "This is the place you hope you are staying when you take a trip like this!" The property is well sized and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed having a spacious, relaxing living area and also the wraparound porch with plenty of seating options. The hosts have thought of everything you could want after a day exploring or for a relaxing night in. Furnishings and bedding were all very comfortable and stylish, and the bathrooms were gorgeous and well designed. The location is perfect - short walk to beach, restaurants, and shops yet very private. Orient Beach is a nice, family-friendly area. We enjoyed relaxing on the beach and taking day trips to Pinel Island and the Dutch side of the island. Alexandre was an excellent host, and the process was seamless. We would love to visit this property again!

Little bit of Paradise

What a surprise when we first walked into Princess Anaelle apartment, it looked better than advertised! Beautiful, modern, nicely decorated. My cousin and I each had our own on suite bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you need to make a nice meal. Although we did not cook we were able to make coffee and toast in the morning, all the appliances were available. The pool was right behind the terrace and we had it all to ourselves in the evening. The beach was a very short walk from the complex. Although we did not meet the hosts in person during our stay they kept in touch everyday with emails ready to help if needed. I would stay there again in a heart beat and strongly recommend this great spot to anyone planning a trip to St Martin.

We had many issues including ants, the dryer was not operating and probably wasn't for some time. The T.V. was not operating for 2 days, the stove locked and was difficult to unlock, the showers would not work properly. The gentleman that checked us in didn't seem to like his position and did not go over the property very well with us. It would not be my top choice to return to this property.

Hello Martha, We got rid of the ants. Shower has been replaced and TV cable service restored so far. Dryer is working. Our staff is very happy taking care of guests .

Disappointed ...

For the price paid, I did not expect to have the communal pool right in front of our terrace, to have so many problems with cockroaches.We absolutely did not keep the windows open!!!! Cockroaches, I can understand (we are on an island) but I would have liked more help to stop seeing them every night in the main room...In the description, it would be good to warn people of the proximity of the swimming pool. It's far too expensive for the benefits.

Hello Anne, the pool is behing a wall and plants ; and we also have shaded to keep the property very private. Cockroaches are something very exceptionnal in our property ; I wish you have alerted us as soon as you have seen one. We would have get our pest contractor come and destroy them immidiately.

Wonderful Vacation.

Princess Anaelle is a wonderful property and we had an excellent time there! We spent a week there with our college age daughters and it was perfect for the 4 of us. The location is in beautiful Orient Bay where the beach is stunning and the beach clubs are fantastic. We were unfortunately greeted by seaweed, which of course is no one’s fault… but that also encouraged us to explore Grand Case and Mullet Bay beaches which are also beautiful. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice size with comfortable beds. The showers could use a little upkeep. Linens were clean and enough towels and beach towels were available. Living room was spacious, comfortable, bright and airy. The outdoor patio was wonderful with plenty of room for hanging out and only 10 steps away from the pool, but still very private. 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas were available so renting at beach not always needed. Kitchen had everything you’d need and they even left some Nespresso pods, teas and sugar for use! Management company was very responsive and on time with all communications which is a delight. The pool is small, and a good “after beach” option with a shower to wash off sand. This is all within walking distance to Orient Bay Village with wonderful food options. One thing to note is that there are sometimes rolling power blackouts lasting 4 hours in this area. Rent a car if you can! Overall, would book again with this management company and would recommend property to anyone who’d like to stay there!

What a gem on Orient Beach!

Where to start... First and foremost, the place was exactly as expected based on the photos and description which is always a huge plus. Our expectations were set pretty high because the description and photos were so nice and the place met/exceeded all of our expectations. Second, the owners (Fred and Valerie) were among the nicest people we have met on the island. My wife and I have been traveling to St. Martin at least once per year for the last 13 years (almost 20 trips now) and this was one of our favorite places to stay. We arrived earlier than expected and Fred and Valerie met us at KKO (~100 meters away) where we were enjoying our first beer on the island. They graciously picked up our tab at the bar and walked us over to the property to show us around (Thank you!). After showing us around, they left and we were able to quickly get comfortable and unpack. Some notable things about this place specifically that have been as good or better than other places we have stayed on the island. - The decor was fantastic. I know the place was just redone but we really felt at home - The place felt so much bigger than the listed size because of the design, the corner location, and the great inside/outside experience - The kitchen was filled with anything you could possibly want (spices, utensils, cooking items, pans, pots, etc...) - it really made us feel at home the few times we decided to cook food - The bedrooms are very well appointed with comfortable bedding and closets/furniture for us to unpack (this is not always the case on the island) - The bathrooms were brand new and absolutely beautiful - Finally - the water pressure was the best I've felt in any place we've stayed over the last 13 years - I know this seems silly but it can make all the difference in the world when trying to clean sand out of funny places! Fred and Valerie checked in with us a couple of times while we were there to ensure we were happy with the place and to see if we had any questions/issues. All in all, we really enjoyed our trip and loved the place as much or more than anywhere else we’ve stayed in the area. If you know Orient, then I can promise you won’t find a similar vacation rental that’s in a better location and is better appointed than this one. Thanks so much to Fred and Valerie for a wonderful week - we look forward to visiting again and staying with you all!

Amasing Appartment

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend, modern neue Bäder und nur ein kurzer Weg zum Strand. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Auto ist notwendig. Ein Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre auch toll. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen .

Great location, terrible communication with owner, property manager

Property was perfect. Had an issue with no hot water in one bathroom, took four days for someone to tell me that the mixing valve was installed upsidedown. Cold was hot and hot was cold. Also, dressers in both bedrooms were broken. Honestly, I would go back to same location, not that unit, or any unit owned or managed by the same folks.

Perfect Choice

Four adults and we stayed for 8 nights in mid June. The condo location can't be beat, just steps away from Orient Beach. Condo looks just like the pictures and was well furnished including the kitchen with all needed appliances, plates, utensils etc. The large patio includes a table and chairs for 6 and plenty of comfortable seating. Bonus was the bar which is stocked with leftovers from past renters. We added a few bottles. Daphnee, the property manager met us upon arrival and showed us how everything worked. We would stay here again and hoping to do so in 2023.

Enjoyable property

Excellent location and amenities

Truly steps from the beach and all the restaurants in orient bay. Super service from the hosts. The best part is the large private patio. Perfect for two couples.

You'll have a lot of privacy and even feel like in a villa.
Princess Anaelle is located in the Caribbean Princess gated condominium which is the most popular in Orient Bay thanks to :
- its proximity to the beach,
- its security because in addition of the security of the Orient Bay resort with its 100 cameras and team of guards, it is the only fully fenced residence.
Caribbean Princess is also a beautifully residence with a beautiful tropical vegetation.
Car is optional. Beach activities, bar and restaurants, as well as grocery shops, bakery and even hair dresser are at walkable distance.
