* This lovely updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is centrally located in Bradenton, close to GT Bray park, the YMCA, many Golf courses & great local restaurants.
* Just a 15-minute drive to world famous Anna Maria Island.
* Beautifully furnished, the living room has a large leather sectional with 3 recliners.
* A high top table with seating for 4 and a 65” wall mount TV, overlooking the large Lanai & pool area (including heated pool up to 85 degrees at no extra charge).
* Large open kitchen recently remodeled with new appliances and high countertop bar with seating for 4, additional kitchen amenities include toaster, blender, electric teapot and coffee maker.
* Dining room with seating for 6 & ability to enlarge to seating for 10.
* Indoor utility room with washer and dryer, & large storage cabinet
* The Master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, large closet and a 42" TV and overlooks the back yard with heated pool.
* Guest bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, large closet, dresser & make up table and a 32” TV.
* Guest room #2 has 2 trundle beds, dresser, closet and a 42" TV.
* Large screened fully furnished lanai overlooking a beautifully tropical landscaped lot complete with heated pool and gazebo with outside seating for 6 and gas grill with 3 burners.

Fantastic stay

We had a great vacation thanks to the amazing host. The house was super clean and comfortable, close to everything. The outdoor area was the best, especially the heated pool.

Another great stay

This was our second time at Foxtail and we loved every minute of our stay. We felt so at home and everything we needed was provided. Highly recommend!

Stay in Bradenton

This was the best rental experience we have had and Su is an amazing host. The heated pool was fun for the whole family. The home is incredibly clean and comfortable.

Great place for vacation

The house is super nice! Everything was there and it was clean. Pool and gazebo were awesome! Thank you Su(property owner) for the sweet treats! We definitely recommend staying there 😃

Beautiful

Su was an amazing host. The pictures to this property at excellent, but once inside the journey begins! The place was very clean and central to everything needed. The family had a blast and the kids loved the pool! Will definitely be back!

Love the pool

The house was spotless and it was fully stocked! Su was easy to reach and very helpful. Grocery stores were very close . We enjoyed going to beaches on Anna Maria island.

Perfection

This home was absolutely perfect, from the pool, to the patio, the living space, kitchen and bathrooms it was spotless and comfortable. Su was very helpful and also left us some baked goodies that were delicious. Words do not do it justice....a home away from home.

Rented for 35 days. House was very clean, backyard pool and lanei were gorgeous.

Su the landlord is very easy to work with and was friendly but gave you privacy. She’s very proud of her home and it shows. I booked again for next year.

Awesome stay

The house was exactly as listed and more. This was our first time staying one month in FL and we could not have been happier with the accommodations. Host and family were responsive and friendly. We are going back next year same time same place!!

Backyard is an oasis

The home fit our needs perfectly. The location was close to everything, including only 15 minutes from beaches. The house was cozy and comfortable. The pool, screened patio and entire backyard was wonderful, full of palm trees and a pavilion with comfy patio chairs to take a break from the sun. Su left homemade treats, not to mention pool/beach toys and everything else we needed for a wonderful, relaxing week. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Phenomenal host

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. The pictures don’t even do this property justice. House is amazing, landscaping makes you feel like your in paradise. Su, well she is such a wonderful host. She made us some treats for our arrival. She was very responsive. She was just a lovely host. She made our vacation so much better! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend Su. You won’t be disappointed.

Best home away from home.

This was an amazing say for my family. House was clean, and beautiful inside and out. It was close to everything. Pool was always clean. Would recommend to everyone. Su the property manager was amazing as well as the cookies and brownies she made for us.

Renter Beware

Property owner lives directly behind the property, there is a gate that joins the backyards. The owner helps herself to the property without warning. Owner also insists on meeting you as soon as you show up to the rental. Maybe I'm just a private person but I was super turned off by all of this. Aside from all that the property was great. Super cute house and perfect location for our needs.

Su is a wonderful host! The pool is great and the backyard is an amazing oasis. The landscaping of this house makes the whole backyard! Our boys swam multiple times a day. We stayed 2 weeks and this house had everything that we needed. Su was accessible when we needed her and even brought over yummy treats :) A 15 minute drive to Anna Maria Island (in good traffic-- some days longer due to a busy time of year). The beach is beautiful-- lots of free public parking. Su has everything you need for a day at the beach -- chairs, umbrella, water toys. The screen porch as great for hanging out away from the sun with fresh air. Grocery store is right around the corner. Check out Cortez (about 15 minutes) for some delicious fish restaurants without the high prices. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Su is absolutely the BEST, as is this property!!!

This vacation rental is absolutely perfect!! Clean, quiet, easy to find and about 10 minutes to the beaches of AMI! The private heated pool and secluded, gorgeous back yard foliage and lighted gazebo as well as huge screened lanai/porch overlooking the pool is fabulous. Su and her boyfriend went way above and beyond being kind and understanding when our special needs daughter couldn’t leave the tv remotes alone and got everything all fuddled up not one evening but two!! We think the world of Su and her bf, and this property is absolutely perfect. Will most definitely try to get back to this place!! Kim and Mark B. Grandville MI
