Beautiful Single Family Ground Floor 3 bedroom/2 Bath Pool home, sleeps 8 comfortably . King in the Master, Queen in the guest room and Full/Twin and trundle in third bedroom. Fully fenced yard PET FRIENDLY , with $150.00 non refundable fee. Bring your boat and trailer, plenty of room, as well as covered parking. This property is just a mile away from the public boat ramp. Close to shopping, schools, Robinson Preserve and just 4 miles to Anna Maria Island. Large kitchen with counter bar, stainless appliances, as well as a formal dining area for family entertaining. The family room has very comfortable reclining chairs and a large Smart Flat screen TV's, Free WI-FI, with Ruku for extra channels. Laundry room with full washer and dryer. Pool area has plenty of seating, with grilling/picnic area, outside shower. Pool area is gorgeous and a great place to relax, please note it is not heated.
BRING YOUR BOAT or just fish from the dock right around the block.

The large, fully fenced yard made the property very pet-friendly. Although we didn’t use the pool due to the chilly weather and lack of a pool heater, the house itself was spacious, well furnished, and thoughtfully stocked. The couches were especially comfortable—perfect for relaxing after busy days. Also, it’s in a nice neighborhood and only a mile toPublix, Target, etc.We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this VRBO! The host was great and the house was perfect for us! The porch and the pool was the best part of our stay!! We will definitely be back! Great location too!

Awesome!!!!! We loved the pool. The unit was very nicely supplied. I added some drinking glasses bc we wanted some small ones and we left a pool game in the shed. Very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful outdoors area and tidy home!

Our family of 5 and our dogs recently visited. Very clean home and the outdoors area was absolutely perfect! Convenient location near grocery stores. We had an amazing stay. Highly recommended this vacation rental!

Very Nice!!

Loved the stay! the house was clean, the neighborhood is quite, close to Anna Maria island, pool was fun, and most importantly the host was on top of everything and very accommodating especially that we came when storm Debby hit. Over all 10/10 would definitely recommend and book again!

Great Vacation Stay

We got to our property a little earlier and host was very understanding to get us an early check-in. House was clean and property was exactly as described. Also, the hospitality was great. I was impressed with all the condiments that came with the house. The pool was a private place to hang out for our family. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of restaurants within walking distant.

Excellent!

House is wonderful! Clean and beautifully decorated. Stocked with anything you could need. The electric reclining sofas and adjustable bed in the master were pleasant surprises. Fenced backyard was great for playing with our two dogs. Unfortunately, too cold to utilize the pool, but the whole ambiance was perfect. Location was good…just a short drive to the beach. Management company was proactive to communicate and Quick to respond. Will definitely keep it in mind if we return to the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is about 10 minutes from AMI and has been updated to keyless entry. We had an issue with the code but the rental company was able to help immediately, even after hours. The only complaint is how hot the living rooms gets but we make it work(not a deal breaker). My family has rented this house for the last two years and will again next year.

Good location, nice house, but house has cockroaches

We liked the neighborhood and the house. There was an issue with the location listing on vrbo that I called the agency about, hopefully they fixed it. The property was listed within 1.5 miles from the IMG academy, while it was more than 4 miles away. We also didn’t like the fact that there was a dead cockroach in one of the rooms upon our arrival. The cockroach issue was present throughout our 10-day stay. Otherwise, it would have been a much better experience.

Pool was great, liked the screed in lania, A/C operated flawlessly...and overall layout of house was very comfortable with open areas for daytime usage. I am a yearly person that vacations in this area and this house was the best across the board as compared to previous I mentioned our stay exceeded my expectations and I would definitely come back...

The home, the pool, the fenced in yard and the location are wonderful. Just a ten minute ride to Anna Maria, five minutes to Robinson Preserve and DeSoto Memorial Park, two of our favorite destinations with our pups. Wish we’re coming back next year. Two things that would make the stay here even better....replace the gas grill and update to keyless entry. Having to pick up and drop off keys on the island is an inconvenience. Thankfully Ken did coordinate with the housekeeper to save us that extra 25 minute ride on arrival day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I loved this home and the fact it was close to Anna Maria Island. Check in was easy and the staff was very nice. They made sure we were aware of a small issue and that maintenance would stop by to fix it. The house house and pool was clean, quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The only two complaints we have is that the living room gets really hot during the day. Doesn’t seem to be enough air flow getting to that room and the fan didn’t help. There’s also a piano in the dinning room. Not much of an issue unless you have kids who wants to “play” music. We would rent this home again and recommend it to others.

House was great, but unethical company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm so sad to write this review because honestly, the property was very nice. We had almost no complaints.And then came the charges after we left. Keep in mind I had had multiple phone conversations, we confirmed a one month rental while we waited to close on our house, and everything seemed on the up and up.Then they said we hadn't informed them there would be dogs and there was a pet fee. I replied oh yes I did, it was the first email I sent and the first conversation we had in late June. They said well whatever we are charging you. I said no, I told you about the dogs, and we negotiated the month long rental fee which I agreed to pay, and you already knew about the dogs so I assumed it was in that total amount.Then came the rudeness, the gaslighting, and shutting me down. They are not interested at all in customer service, even though I have in writing that I informed them of the dogs. The dogs were part of the deal from the beginning.They charged the card they had on file without my approval and with no additional paperwork signed.On their invoice, it tells you you can go to YapStone Inc if you have complaints about the charges. I did, and followed the info to Florida. The number they tell you to call for Yap immediately is picked up and hangs up on you. So clearly not a legit business number. They also give you a number for Florida Office of Financial Regulation, but THAT number is a scam trying to sell me fake Medicare. Wow wow wow.So now not only do I think the company is just unethical and rude, but I am wondering if this is a fraud scheme from top to bottom because their payment processing company clearly isn't a legit business.There are lots of rentals in Florida folks, look elsewhere and get it from a mom and pop owner who won't scam you like this.

Good Location and Great House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were down in the Bradenton/Sarasota area this past week. The house was in a great location to the Anna Marie Island Peninsula. We utilized both causeways - depending on where we were going on the peninsula. The lines to get over the causeways were a little long in the morning time, but wasn’t terrible. The house was clean and the website accurately described it. The pool was good to come back to and it had pool floats/toys (bonus!)I would personally prefer a heated pool - but the kids still swam in it. The house was equipped with everything you need. The only drawback to this house is that it does not have keyless entry. So you have to physically pick up and drop of the keys from the rental company located on the peninsula ( luckily it wasn’t too far from the house location). Not a deal breaker, just a little bit of an inconvenience. The house is located not too far from grocery stores, restaurants and many more places! I would stay here again and I would use this rental company again!
