Make our home your home for the winter (Or at least part of it!) by staying at this Newer Built in 2018" Waterfront with gulf access custom 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that comfortably sleeps 6 guests. This property features all the comforts of home with upscale amenities and a private outdoor heated pool with therapeutic jets and lanai as well as a private dock & use of Kayaks. This prime location on the waterfront is just a 5 minutes drive to all the shopping you would ever need (Recently Built Centers) plus two golf courses and restaurants abound. While close to shopping the home is located in a quiet setting away from noise of highways and is adorned by large trees, landscaping and a nice size yard. Image yourself relaxing by the heated pool with an view of the water and wildlife (Manatee's are sometimes spotted, fish are always jumping!), or fishing off the dock for one of Florida's many salt-water fish species (No license needed to fish off the dock) Maybe you want to Kayak down to the mouth of the Myakka River past all the gorgeous water-front homes or take a walk or bike ride down one of the many quiet roads surrounding the home. There are several gulf beaches to choose from within a 20-30 minute drive including the world famous "Boca Grande". For air travelers, the nearest airport is Punta Gorda Airport which is about a 25 minute drive (16 miles) and they also have a car rental area on site.

-Pool: Salt Water/Heated Pool (Set to 84 degrees) with water bench & therapy jets. Outside shower in pool area for those that want to rinse off after going in the pool (PLEASE NO SOAPS CAN BE USED WHILE SHOWERING IN THIS AREA)

GARAGE AREA
-Garage: Electric opener, plenty of room to park your car in the garage (1 car max in garage). There are 2 paddle kayaks that may be used by the renters in the garage. You must wear a life vest and carry a whistle when in use. The paddles & life-vest (Whistles attached) are with the Kayaks. "KAYAKS ARE USE AT YOUR OWN RISK". WE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURIES THAT OCCUR DURING THEIR USE.

Policies:
-3 Month minimum stay January-thru March (84 days), 28 day minimum stay balance of the year.
- No smoking on premises.
- No pets allowed
- Note no more than a total of 6 persons permitted to stay on the premises.
- No events, parties or gatherings, no more than 6 people total permitted on premises at any time.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
