Villa Barchessa is an elegant two-story apartment that is part of an historic villa surrounded by wonderful gardens. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Barchessa you will enjoy an enchanting view of the garden. Villa Barchessa is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Piombino Dese, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and a grocery store at 500 meters (550 yards). You will reach Villa Barchessa from the parking area going up approximately 25 stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Barchessa you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a parking space.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.
Patio
The patio is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a splendid view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, sun loungers and a gazebo. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown. The garden is occasionally crossed by the gardener.
First FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with wood. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include two sofas and two armchairs. In this room you will find a grand piano, for decorative purposes only. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels), a DVD player and a CD player with FM radio. The room has four windows.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The kitchen has two windows.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The floor is paved with elegant wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and refined. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a wood sofa and a desk. The room has two windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with fixed shower head. Here you will also find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the first bedroom. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Second FloorLiving Room 2
