Regarding the living room area, Casa Bauta is designed as a spacious apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area, but you are right that the main common gathering space is the kitchen/dining area. We understand this may feel limited for a group of seven, and your feedback is useful for future guests too. About the neighborhood and the park construction, we are sorry this affected your impression. The nearby works are temporary and unfortunately outside our control, but the location remains very practical for guests focused on visiting Venice, especially with the train station just a short walk away.
