Entering the home to the left is the homes gourmet kitchen, with the perfect breakfast nook and upgrades throughout it is a great space to cook up a meal. There is a standard coffee maker provided.
With upgraded countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances including a Viking gas range/oven. With open beam ceilings, bead board accents and industrial lighting this kitchen space is something straight out of a magazine. Moving around to the dining area, there is ample seating and outdoor access to the homes patio.
The living room area boasts of large floor to ceiling picture windows for unobstructed views of the lake. There is added entertainment with the Foosball table, the family room area has ample seating. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace or watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV.
Head outdoors where you will feel you are truly at a Storybook Lakefront. With expansive decking, enjoy the unobstructed lake views. Have a picnic in the grassy area, underneath the weeping willow tree. There is ample seating on the deck to enjoy the view, or grill on the propane BBQ Grill. This home also boasts the perfect view just to the east for the 4th of July fireworks show. You can also walk to the waters edge.
Back inside and upstairs you will find the bedrooms. The master suite, with exceptional lake views, is a great place to relax. With upper deck access, a fireplace and en suite restroom. The bunk room has a twin over full bunk and is decorated in a cute nautical theme. The Third bedroom has a queen bed, fireplace and upper deck access.
With high end bedding and upgrades throughout and prime location, this makes for the perfect Big Bear Cabin, no matter the season.

Destination Big Bear is not responsible for the level of water in the lake during the course of guest's stay. Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.
Take trash to dumpster locations

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
