3 Bedroom Lakefront Condo at Norris Lake

Welcome to a perfect getaway on Norris Lake in the gated Deerfield community, just a short drive from I-75, exit 134. This spacious 3 bedroom condo offers a worry free stay on the lake with views that never get old. This is a single story condo with easy access from the parking lot level. The bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed, queen size bed and twin over full bunk bed and twin bed. The condo comfortably sleeps 8. Enjoy all of the amenities Deerfield community has to offer, such as a lakeside golf course with restaurant, a marina with Tiki bar, community pool, tennis courts, and playground. There is a launch fee at the ramp to launch your boat. There are boat slips available at the condo, to rent a slip contact Deerfield Vacation Rentals at 423-566-0348 or Deerfieldvacation@gmail.com.

The kitchen at the condo has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, along with a gas grill on the front porch. There is also a ring doorbell on the front porch for your security. All linens are provided, there is also a washer and dryer. The condo has an open floor plan with a very large covered deck, where you can relax and enjoy one of the best views on the lake. The condo complex also has its very own in-ground pool just a short walk away.

Norris Lake is well known for recreational boating and fishing. Several of the marinas offer boat rentals, the closest being Springs marina just a 10 minute drive from the condo. With 800 miles of shoreline, Norris is a very large lake with over 20 Marinas, most of which offer fuel for your boat, endless supplies, restaurants and entertainment.

Lake getaway

Our condo was perfectly located on the lake to give us access to many marinas and great water for skiing. Andrea was easy to communicate with and provided all we needed in her condo for a comfortable stay.

Best place on Lake!!!

We have been going to Lake Norris annually for years and love the Deerfield area, This was our first time in this condo complex and the unit we rented was beyond our expectations. It was just like the pictures, super clean, beautiful and had everything we needed and more! The large deck was the best sitting out there every morning and evening as we came off the lake. Such a beautiful view of the lake. The pool in the complex was perfect as well and everything was so clean. Loved the area to walk and neighbors were all friendly. The owners were so easy to work with! Highly recommend this condo and we will rent it again when we come back!

Beautiful Property

From the first minute we checked in to the last minute as we were leaving, Andrea & Shane's place epitomized perfection. It's a cliche to say the devil is in the details, but in this case, I am unable to list a few details that make their place perfect: the views from inside and out, the waterfront, peaceful environment, the sunsets, the boat dock out front, all the supplies you would have in your own home, and the quality of those supplies, the art on the walls, the nice furnishings, the spotless bathrooms. We travel a great deal, and we have never stayed in a home whose design and care matched Andrea & Shane's. Bravo!

Beautiful condo!

We love Norris Lake! So we always like to find great places to visit again on certain locations on the water. The communication was great! Clean condo & very comfy! Absolutely perfect for our family with our young ones. They even had a basket of toys for our toddler. The bunkbeds for the kids were perfect! They even had hand soap that I forgot lol! What can I say I appreciate the little things when you're packing up a family. The marina was nice... but we did explore other marinas to eat at too. We also loved how spacious the condos were for the kids & not feeling like you're on top of each other. It was a lot bigger in person than it looked like online. Thank you so much!

Lovely Lake Getaway

My family has started making Norris a yearly vacation tradition. This area of the lake is our favorite to stay in with it's multiple marinas and coves for swimming. Shane and Andrea's condo is a fabulous place for staying on the lake. The entire Deerfield area is gorgeous and these condos provide prime lake viewing from your balcony. The condo is much bigger than we had expected and the balcony stretches from family room to master bedroom. Everything needed from appliances to utensils is provided. There is an available slip that can be rented in addition to the condo which we took advantage of. It is a bit of a hike up and down the stairs from slip to condo but if you are familiar with Norris you know that this is to be expected. The icing on the cake is the pool. We went to the pool each day after spending time boating around the lake. This is a rare amenity to have and is very nice when you have kids that need to get their energy out. Thank you again Shane and Andrea. Your condo was wonderful, communication was superb, and we look forward to staying here again in the coming years.

Great place at the lake!

This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Norris Lake. Make sure to get the door code before you get there as cell phone coverage is spotty at best. The WiFi works great but AFTER you get in the door lol.

Great Norris accomodation

We had a great vacation at Norris Lake! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. This condo is close to all of the fun things at Deerfield and the wonderful coves in the area. The owners thought of many small touches to make the condo a great vacation destination: a large table for family dinner and games, plenty of counter space for your groceries, Tupperware containers for leftovers, plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and nice smelling hand soap at all of the sinks,. The steps to the water are typical of most Norris accommodations but are manageable. The sun rises over the water off the deck which makes for nice mornings on the deck and cooler evenings outside. Shane was super nice to work with and very accommodating.

Beautiful condo!

We booked this condo for my mom's 60th birthday trip. The condo was beautiful, clean, and just like the description in the listing. It was very easy to rent a boat slip from Deerfield Resort. We definitely will stay here in the future!

Excellent Stay

We have stayed in this unit several times previously and it has been a great experience each trip. We of course have not been there since 2019 and the unit has been updated and in great condition.

Wonderful weekend

My family had a wonderful weekend. The property was clean and had all amenities that matter most to us. Our only complaint was that all the mattresses were not very comfortable.

Beautiful clean condo

This property is even nicer than the pictures give it credit. The dining room/living room area is very large and open and looks out over the lake. The deck is very large and wonderful to have a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The master is also very large. Overall the property is so nice. It is also very clean! I almost always end up cleaning when I arrive but there was no need here. It was already very clean. We also loved that we could dock a boat literally right in front of the condos. It was so convenient. We rented a pontoon for a few days from Shanghai which is very close. Sugar hollow is also very close. Marina food.... We didn’t love the Tiki bar onsite and it is overpriced. But sugar hollow and Shanghai both had great options for food and drinks. You won’t regret staying here! Even the teens loved it!

Great location and property. We took our family which includes our 2 month old twin boys.

This lake front property is very nice! Stocked with everything you could possibly want/need. The patio is great for early morning coffee and after dinner family chats. We will return to this location.
