Welcome to a perfect getaway on Norris Lake in the gated Deerfield community, just a short drive from I-75, exit 134. This spacious 3 bedroom condo offers a worry free stay on the lake with views that never get old. This is a single story condo with easy access from the parking lot level. The bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed, queen size bed and twin over full bunk bed and twin bed. The condo comfortably sleeps 8. Enjoy all of the amenities Deerfield community has to offer, such as a lakeside golf course with restaurant, a marina with Tiki bar, community pool, tennis courts, and playground. The kitchen at the condo has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, along with a gas grill on the front porch. There is also a ring doorbell on the front porch for your security. All linens are provided, there is also a washer and dryer. The condo has an open floor plan with a very large covered deck, where you can relax and enjoy one of the best views on the lake. The condo complex also has its very own in-ground pool just a short walk away.

Norris Lake is well known for recreational boating and fishing. Several of the marinas offer boat rentals, the closest being Springs marina just a 10 minute drive from the condo. With 800 miles of shoreline, Norris is a very large lake with over 20 Marinas, most of which offer fuel for your boat, endless supplies, restaurants and entertainment.
