Great people, delicious food and exceptional atmosphere of the town's architecture makes it unforgettable and outstanding We always choose summer holiday very carefully and we give to it a lot of thought. What you offer meets our expectations as far as geography, food and locals' attitude towards tourists is concerned.

We enjoyed Casa Amaranto very much

We enjoyed Casa Amaranto very much. The location is good as it is tucked away from the road along a track. Peaceful and a nice small garden at the front with a table and chairs Casa Amaranto is quirky and rustic, it provides for your basic needs. Good sized bedrooms and most importantly comfortable beds. The living space is very open as there is a lot of glass but this makes it light and airy. No blinds/curtains in kitchen/dining/living area. There is a small kitchenette providing a microwave, hob and fridge, it has a reasonable array of kitchenware and cutlery. A good sized functional bathroom. Summer in Italy were extremely helpful. The information you provided before we arrived was great as it managed our expectations and avoided any disappointment. Your assistance arranging the parking and checkout time was much appreciated. All correspondence has been prompt, accurate, helpful and friendly. I will definitely be checking your site out again.

Eine von grün umgebene Oase

Das Haus ist von einem liebevoll angelegten Garten umgeben, auf den man vom Wohnzimmer aus schaut. Durch eine große Fensterfläche inclusive eines Oberlichtes ist es sehr hell und freundlich. Der Bungalow ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der nutzbare Gartenanteil ist lediglich vorne am Haus, der Gartenanteil, auf den man vom Wohnzimmer aus blickt, gehört zum Haus der Vermieter. Diese sind ausgesprochen angenehm, sehr freundlich, aber trotzdem diskret. Sie waren stets hilfreich zur Stelle und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es recht kalt, aber dank einer gut funktionierenden Pellet-Heizung im Wohnzimmer war es zu ertragen. Unaufgefordert wurden wir von den Vermietern regelmäßig mit Pelletsäcken versorgt, was sehr schön war. Meta selber ist wie die gesamte Region sehr voll mit viel Verkehr und nur sehr schmalen Gehwegen. Das sorgt gerade in einem Urlaub mit Kindern für einen nicht unerheblichen Stress. Umso mehr ist Casa Amaranto eine grüne Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung. Lieben Dank an Maria und Salvatore, dass sie uns einen schönen Aufenthalt ermöglicht haben!

Casa Amaranto is a very nice house in a perfect location. We received a very warm welcome from Maria [the owner] who went through the essential tourist information with us and advised us against using our car. Bravo Summer In Italy!!! Fast and precise answers. They really looked after us.

Casa Amaranto was great, it has a friendly, unique atmosphere

Casa Amaranto was great, it has a friendly, unique atmosphere. I would recommend it for 4 adult. We had a wonderful vacation in Italy. It was one of my best holiday in my life. The weather at beginning of August is excellent, sunshine every day, no rain, perfect for swimming and sightseeing also.

Casa Amaranto is a nice, clean spacious summer house

Casa Amaranto is a nice, clean spacious summer house. The owner was very very helpful, she allowed our family to arrive later than expected and supported us with local information and help. We visited in October so it was a little on the cool side, but the owner helped us with heaters and we had a lovely stay. We really liked it and imagine in the summer months it's a great location for relaxing in evenings. Local restaurants (recommended) were very good too. Parking was especially helpful for us.

We had an amazing time at Casa Amaranto

We had an amazing time at Casa Amaranto. Maria is a wonderful and generous host. The house is authentically Italian; set in a lovely little town which, although bustling, is not thronged with tourists and tacky tourist shops/resorts. If you want to experience real Italy, Casa Amaranto is a great place to be. Set in the gardens of the main house, it has two lovely sized bedrooms equipped with excellent air conditioning - good enough to cope with the high 30s temperatures when we visited. The kitchen and bathroom, though basic and simple, are perfectly adequate, with plenty of hot water for showers. The beds are comfortable and big with clean bed linen and towels provided three times a week. The garden is largely shady but this provided welcome cover from the fierce sun - and there is a small sunny terrace with table and chairs if required. We travelled with our three children ranging from 7 - 17 and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area for all of us. We would definitely recommend Casa Amaranto for anyone who wants to stay somewhere away from the normal tourist trap of Sorrento itself. Really excellent experience dealing with you. Everything went without a hitch and the instructions we received were perfect. Thank you so much - we shall use you again when we want to spend more time in your beautiful country. Thank you.

Casa Amaranto is a very nice villa with lots of space

Casa Amaranto is a very nice villa with lots of space. Very comfortable and well equipped. We particularly liked the airy nature with large windows protected by insect mesh. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was also appreciated. The position in Meta is ideal for the train station, which is only 15 minutes walk away. We did experience some noise (in particular local football games running into the early morning) but we live in a very small village in the heart of the Peak District which is very quiet. The outside was a little disappointing with only a small area that was not very private and that did not receive the sun from mid afternoon. The owner Maria was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Amaranto

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Amaranto. It was one of our most enjoyable stays on our 3 week trip to Italy. Casa Amaranto is an easy place to access side trips to Sorrento, Amalfi, Pompeii, Capri and Naples. We decided to book with you because of the pictures of the house and the location of the house.
