Villa Ilona is a splendid and luminous three-story independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Ilona you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of Nerano bay and of the coastline. Villa Ilona is 280 square meters (3000 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.2 km (0.75 miles) from Marina del Cantone, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards), a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach (Marina del Cantone beach) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles).
You will reach Villa Ilona from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps.
To make the most of your stay at Villa Ilona, we recommend having a car (or you may consider using private drivers). You will be able to park your car in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Please note that access to Villa Ilona is along a narrow road.

Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 2.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Guests aged under 18 are exempt. Guests older than 75 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 1000 (it is returned to you at check-out).


Villa Ilona is made up of two separate apartments with independent entrances, one located on the ground floor, the other covering the first and second floors of the villa.


As guests of Villa Ilona you will have also a tennis court at your disposal.
Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with an external shower, and it is partly shaded by olive trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Terrace 1
The first terrace is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with sofas, as well as with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coastline.
Garden
The garden is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It is partly shaded by olive trees. You will be able to reach it from the first terrace. It is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and a swing. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table, and you will also find a brickwork barbecue.
First Apartment, Ground FloorTerrace 2
The second terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a partial view of the sea.
Living Room 1
You will be able to enter the first living room through an external access. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa. In this room you will find an upright piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a jacuzzi bathtub. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Second Apartment, First FloorLiving Room 2
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming, and include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a cooker with four gas burners and a two-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a window.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Second Apartment, Second FloorBedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a large open shower.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room has a window overlooking the gardens of the surrounding houses, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
