Villa Belletto is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Belletto you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Valdarno (Arno Valley) and of the hills. Villa Belletto is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Reggello, where you will find a restaurant and a grocery store. You will find a number of restaurants and shops at 5 km (roughly 3.1 miles).
To stay at Villa Belletto you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.50 meter (5 feet) to 2.50 meters (8 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the end of May until the beginning of October.

The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the garden. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs.

The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with wood. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a big and age-old fireplace. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the patio.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the corridor. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The room has a window with a view of the patio.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the garden.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant. The room has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the countryside.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the corridor.
Top FloorBedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the garden.

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the garden.
