We hosted our daughter’s wedding at the villa and it was everything and more than what was advertised. The level of care and attention to detail that Caterina and her family provide is exceptional. The property was beyond what we could have expected and the views were spectacular. The pictures truly do not do this home and property justice. If hosting an event I would recommend using private transportation. Caterina helped us arrange this and it ensured the experience was perfect.

Thank you so much dear Aimee for your beautiful words! It was truly an honor for our family to host such an important and joyful occasion as your daughter’s wedding. Seeing the villa filled with your family, love, and celebration made it incredibly special for us too. We are delighted that the property, the views, and all the little details exceeded your expectations. Thank you also for mentioning the private transportation, it really can make the experience more comfortable and seamless when hosting an event and way more flexibility! It was a genuine pleasure taking care of you all, and we hope the memories created here will stay with your family forever. Alla prossima! Cate and the family

How do I start? This was most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed, with the nicest, most caring people as hosts. Cate was an amazing host, attentive to all of our needs, and genuinely cared for us and our experience. The Villa was lovely, old terracotta everywhere, beautiful flowers, Cyprus trees all around. The views are heavenly. We got married here. Cate and her sister Ceci made our day run flawlessly, making sure everything went smoothly, even with a thunderstorm rolling in. They moved vendors and tables multiple times to give us the best experience possible on our big day. Cate and Cici treated us like family, and now we consider them the same. I look forward to coming back here soon to enjoy the tranquility, scenery, and most of all the love.

Words cannot begin to describe our stay at Cate’s family villa! We booked 2 nights for our micro wedding, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived in Impruneta, Cate warmly welcomed us and made us feel at home. The villa is breathtaking, spacious, authentically Tuscan, peaceful, and surrounded by incredible views. The pool, gardens, and annex are gorgeous, with plenty of room for our group of 8. We also loved having local Prosecco, wine, and olive oil available throughout our stay. The wedding festivities were unforgettable. We booked the pizza class and chef dinner, and everyone went above and beyond to make our celebration special. Chef Nicola was warm, fun, and hands-on, even remembering we had never tried Grappa and bringing some for our family on our wedding night. Cecilia worked tirelessly coordinating vendors and setting up, and even brought me Prosecco while I was getting ready. Our florist, Catia, felt like an Italian nonna. She made the most beautiful flowers and helped me with my vows and veil before the ceremony.Planning a wedding from America can feel daunting, but Cate and her team made everything effortless. We could truly relax and trust them completely. Even our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. If you’re considering this villa, do not hesitate. The beauty, hospitality, and attention to detail make it unforgettable. Thank you, Cate and team, for the best time of our lives! We will absolutely be back!

Our group of ten had a wonderful stay at Caterina’s property. The location was close enough to Impruneta with its great little restaurants and the property itself has the most idyllic views. Caterina and her sister Cecilia were exceptionally responsive, warm, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Caterina truly went above and beyond with our requests—it genuinely felt like having a five-star hotel concierge at our disposal. One of the best hosts and most special homes

One of the best hosts and most special homes I’ve ever stayed in. There was this feeling like everything you’ve been dreaming about while planning a trip- it’s all here. Cozy, peaceful, thoughtful in every detail. What really stayed with me though was how kind and supportive the host was the entire time. That kind of care isn’t common, and it honestly made a big difference. Just grateful.

Tuscan Holiday

Our sibling family of 7 from the US had an amazing stay at Villa Fabbiole in Imprunetta. Catherine Porzio, our host, was gracious & accommodating from the moment we booked our reservation and throughout our stay. Her gorgeous villa was like a step back in time and was an inviting retreat after sightseeing and navigating the busy narrow, winding roads! We enjoyed the many outdoor spaces with scenic views and the refreshing pool. We highly recommend Villa Fabbiole to anyone planning a trip to Tuscany. The Swanson Family

Under the Tuscan Sun!

Our week in this villa was just as dreamy as we imagined! Caterina is the best host ever and went out of her way to make sure our stay was great! Her sister made divine meals for us and the driver she recommended took us around every day. The villa is clean and comfortable! They have everything you need! The location is great, too with excellent views! Less than 30 minutes into Florence and an easy drive to all of the best towns! We had a wonderful week here! Would return in a heartbeat!
