Villa Sirana is a characteristic and welcoming two-story independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps five people. From Villa Sirana you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Sirana is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features two nice private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from Praiano, where you will find shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles).
You will reach Villa Sirana from the parking area going down a short private walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 25 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Sirana. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two small cars (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Tourist tax, paid locally: From March 1 to November 3: EUR 2.50 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. The parking space is suitable for two cars.
Top LevelTerrace 1
The first terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a grapevine pergola and by fig trees. It is equipped with a wickerwork sofa, as well as with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom along an internal stairway, climbing 18 steps. The furnishings are elegant. The room has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first terrace through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bottom LevelTerrace 2
The second terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the second bedroom or from the first terrace going down 16 steps. It is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. At your disposal there will be a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet). From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.
Garden
The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It is partly shaded by citrus trees and by fig trees. From the garden you will enjoy a partial view of the sea. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second terrace.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the terrace, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid red majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
