Sleeping arrangements
This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house accommodates up to 8 guests with comfort and flexibility. On the ground level, a bedroom with a daybed and trundle offers two twin beds and convenient access to the pool area. The mid-level features a master bedroom with a king bed, newly updated ensuite bath, and direct entry to a gulf-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed along with smart TVs and storage. A newly updated full bath with double vanities and a tub-shower combo completes this level.

Outdoor living
With beach access just 300 steps away, you can easily shift between shoreline strolls and time at home. The fully fenced backyard provides lounge seating, a table and chairs, and a fire pit ideal for relaxed evenings. The private outdoor pool is available all year and open 24 hours, with a heating option from October to March for an additional fee. An outdoor shower makes post-beach rinsing simple, and two decks overlook the Gulf of Mexico, including an upper deck equipped with a gas BBQ grill.

Kitchen & dining
The open-concept top floor brings together the kitchen, dining, and living areas, all framed by water views. The newly updated kitchen includes cooking basics, a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six, with four counter stools providing extra space for casual meals and conversation.

Comfort & amenities
Inside, thoughtful features support both relaxation and daily routines. You’ll have a free washer and dryer in-unit, bed linens, towels, central air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and heating. Entertainment and connection come easy with smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. Families benefit from a crib, Pack 'n Play, baby gates, children’s books and toys, and board games. Exterior security cameras are installed for safety, with no cameras inside the home.

Pet-friendly stay
This pet-friendly home welcomes up to two pets with prior approval and a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Assistance animals are always allowed. The fenced backyard creates a comfortable outdoor space for pets to relax by your side.

Set within the St. Joe Beach and Mexico Beach area, the home places you close to sandy shores, local dining, and scenic stretches of coastline. Enjoy easy access to Mexico Beach, downtown Port St. Joe, and Cape San Blas, along with nearby walking paths and outdoor activities.

The house has stairs to each level. There is NOT an elevator.

The dining table accommodates six people, and adjacent to it is a bar area equipped with four stools.
Additionally, there is a pack-and-play available for use as a crib. We also provide a strap-on high chair and two baby gates.

Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room allowing you to stream your favorite shows.

*NOTE:
Prior approval is needed for pets, with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Pets may not be left unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a crate. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.

All pet droppings MUST be cleaned up or there will be an additional charge through your deposit.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING/HOOKAH OR DRUGS ALLOWED in the house. Any evidence will be subject to a fine.

*Weather Related Refunds* - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.


This home is a smoke-free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

SELF CHECK IN-I will provide you with a door code the day before check-in.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM (EASTERN)

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TIME CONSTRAINTS FOR THE CLEANING CREW. ANY DELAY AFTER 10:15 AM (EASTERN) WILL INCUR A $50 LATE FEE FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES.


For the safety of everyone, we have installed a RING doorbell at the front door to monitor the parking area. Please be assured that there are no other cameras inside the residence.

The house has stairs to the 3 bedrooms, bathrooms living room, kitchen area and a 4th bedroom on the lower floor as you enter the house.

We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach buggy and beach/pool towels.

We provide the initial roll of toilet paper, paper towels and a few trash bags. We also provide towels to shower and clean, fresh linen and bedding.

We have listed that we have a pack-and-play that can be used as a crib.

We have 2 baby gates in the upstairs closet for the safety of your small child.

We have a small, strap-on-baby highchair for your infant.

We have several board games for your enjoyment.

We do not provide the propane for the gas grill. If you use it, please be considerate to refill it for the next guests. Thank You!
