Welcome to “Summer Winds”! This charming 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located in the heart of Surfside is just 0.2 miles north of the Surfside Pier. Conveniently located to easily walk to the beach and close by family-friendly restaurants. The large open kitchen/dining/living area layout is ideal for gatherings. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals and features a breakfast bar. The first floor features one bedroom with a queen bed and a shared bathroom. The other three rooms are located on the second floor. The poolside master suite is located on the second floor. The master bathroom features a double sink and walk-in shower. The exterior of the home features a back porch overlooking the well-manicured fenced-in backyard and pool. The raised beach style of this home allows parking for up to four vehicles.
