Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice visit! Itā€™s a beautiful location and quiet beach. The condo was really well equipped and in good condition! Only thing to mention is you can hear your neighbors really well but everyone seems to go to bed early so it didnā€™t matter. And there was a leak under our sink and mold that we told the management about. They came and fixed the leak right away. Overall, we had a really good time!

This was a great birthday weekend getaway for my girlfriend and I, especially since we traveled all the way from our home in Texas. Condo 260 was excellent, great ocean view that we enjoyed just sitting out on the balcony in the mornings while we drank our coffee and ate breakfast. It was very clean and comfortable, we the bed was very comfortable and got some great sleep. I would definitely recommend. My mom typically has her condos rented out from January thru April, so if I'm ever down at Summerhouse in that time period again, I would definitely look to see if 260 is available! Thanks again for letting us stay!

Surely, it can't get better!!!

Reviewer Comments: You can stop looking. This place is literally the best rental unit we have ever used. Right on the beach, steps from the pool, 2 nature preserve across the road with simple strolling paths, other walkable paths nearby. Shopping is 15 min up the road. If you are tired of serenity, bop up to St. Augustine for traffic, people, too many eateries to choose from (Conch House was best of all!), sights and sounds. We visited Anastatia State Park, (paddle boarding!) Fort Matanza, Favor Dykes State Park, Washington Oaks Gardens state Park, Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarian Research Reserve. Everything in the unit was perfect, clean, updated and well appointed. People very friendly. The property impeccable, pool perfect, and hardly anyone around, making it like a private reserve. I can't say enough about it. We'll be back every year. It was a real find.
