This professionally remodeled and decorated OCEANFRONT townhouse has 2 extra feet of width, so there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. This allows for extra comfortable seating for your entire group. Peer down at the breaking waves and enjoy listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Equipped with a king bed, twin over full bunk bed, another twin bed and a superior quality queen plus sleeper sofa in the living room that has an extra 6 inches of mattress width. Both high end bathrooms feel luxurious and another main floor half bath is convenient, especially for the couple sleeping downstairs. Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout provides an elegant feel. Comes with a fully stocked beautiful kitchen and a desk work area. Designer patio furniture makes for comfortable sunbathing and ocean watching by day and star gazing at night. This is perhaps the finest ocean front townhouse at the resort. The owner has managed numerous vacation rentals since 2009 and is committed to providing the best possible guest experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took a December getaway & the Summerhouse condo was perfect for us. From before we arrived, the staff was helpful & pleasant. Located about 10-15 minutes south of Old St. A, it was relaxing, with well maintained grounds, secure, nice pool and activities onsite, easy gated beach access. Unit 354 was great-very clean, newly nicely updated,well appointed, spacious for 4 of us, ,solid wifi, best of all-directly ocean front!-open the sliders, step out on the balcony and you are feet away from the ocean! Parking at each unit, arriving and leaving very easy&accomodating. Will go again :-)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very nice.But there is a few things I would like to mention. The pillows on the beds probably came from a dollar store. They were cheap and when flat as soon as you rested your head on them. We had to go home and get ours. The master bed is very soft and the platform for it has a board that runs around it at shin height and it protrudes away from the bed and creates a shin injury hazard (it got me).Need additional spare sheets for the master bed.Also, we noticed that there were no towel hooks in either upstairs bathrooms.

Summer Vacation at Summerhouse 2019

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a guest returning for several years this was our second time staying in unit 354. Upon entering I was disappointed that this unit had not been updated in any way. Furniture is old carpet is dirty and just seems to be cluttered with a lot of unnecessary things. The kitchen needs new toaster (4 slice) would be nice. I had to wash all the silverware because it had been put up dirty. Ceiling fans have not been dusted in quite some time. They were covered with dust. I also had to have property management call for an exterminator because of roaches and silver fish bugs. We absolutely love coming to St Augustine and staying at Summerhouse I just feel that there should be follow up on cleaning and furnishings. Overall we will be returning just maybe not to this unit.

Complete Beach Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is directly on the beach front with a exceptional view of the Atlantic. It is also a very short walk to one of four well maintained pools. In fact we like this unit so much we will be back next in 2021. It has two TV's with one of them being at least a 50 inch. The unit was clean and maintained well. It could use a bit of deep carpet cleaning in certain traffic paths, but not a serious issue. Screens for the bedrooms would be a plus. The kitchen is adequately equipped with cooking necessities, although we alway have a few favorites from home. It also comes with beach accessories, beach chairs, umbrella, children toys etc. The best part is the view of the ocean and beach it is amazing and you are just a few steps from a walk on the beach. For a complete living on the beach experience this is it.

Labor Day Rescheduled due to Hurricane

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The day following our check in we were interrupted by construction workers and informed that we should move all patio furniture from the patio into the condo and that the patio door would be braced to prevent use of the patio facing the ocean. It took repeated attempts from me to the office staff to make them understand that this was unacceptable. After finally meeting with the property manager we moved ourselves to another unit. Needless to say most of our day was wasted dealing with an issue that the Summerhouse should have planned for and avoided. It is also disappointing that I had to make repeated attempts to correct the issue myself on my time off. Very frustating.
