While the unit is only a one-minute walk from the beach, Summerhouse also has four temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common areas around the pools are covered with well-maintained landscape just steps from the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if one should arise.
